In 1953, Graco Metal Products became simply Graco with the launch of the world's first wind-up infant swing, the Graco Swyngomatic. The company, once a manufacturer of car parts transitioned to become an industry leader in the childcare and baby product industry.

Since the invention Graco's first baby product, the baby swing, Graco has gone on to design, manufacture and set the standard for numerous juvenile products across many categories. In 1987, Graco introduced the Pack N' Play® Portable Playard. Interestingly enough, the designer of the Pack N' Play Playard was Nate Saint, the son of the man who designed Graco's first baby swing. The Pack 'N Play has achieved the same wide-spread success as the baby swing.

Today, Graco is a Newell Rubbermaid™ company, continuing to build on over a half-century of success in the childcare and baby care industry. Graco is committed to designing and manufacturing top-quality products that are inspired by the needs of both parents and babies. Graco is known worldwide for its innovative baby swings, car seats, high chairs, travel systems and more.

Out of all pack n plays out there, this one is by far the cutest one. Colors blend well with the current furniture in the room, and since we will be sharing room with our little boy, we are pleased with how little space this pack n play takes. Thankfully it comes with the changing area so I wont have to walk across the room to the dresser where we put on top the changing pad. Didn't have much difficulties assembling it, it took me about 20 min to do it, and I am 39 weeks prego. My only concern with this product is how long my son will be able to use it, since it has a weight limit... I am planning to use it for about a year, so we will definitely have to test its durability. Would certainly recommend it to ALL parents to be!

It's pretty and has the bassinet feature I wanted. I've gotten a ton of use out of it for naps when my daughter was 1-3 months. She's 4 months and still using the changing pad constantly. I think you're paying for a style on this model. The diaper holder falls off, yes. It's not attached very securely. The wipe holder is completely useless. Playpen doesn't fit through average door way without being disassembled. Pretty inconvenient. I don't use the vibrating feature or the lights/sounds. Seemed just like a waste of batteries to me...I'm sure it wouldn't be bad to travel with once in a blue moon. For the bi-weekly trips to grandma's, I just bought a whole different playpen. Wasn't worth the hassle of break-down, carry and set-up...only to break down, carry, and set back up at our house a few hours later. It's not quite THAT travel-friendly, I don't think. Overall, a comparable, yet cheaper, model would have sufficed for us. The bells and whistles either didn't work, broke, or weren't worth the hassle.

Comments about Graco Pack 'n Play Silhouette Play Yard - Rittenhouse:

Print is pretty, but has a major design flaw. The bottom pad (which is not very padded) ends up with a big raised bump that runs across the middle of the pad insert after you pack it up for travel a couple of times. My baby is learning to walk and trips on it.

      Love this Playard

Comments about Graco Pack 'n Play Silhouette Play Yard - Rittenhouse:

This playard is easy to set up. The bassinet and changing table are extremely convenient. I also loved the vibration and classical music, and nature sounds. They were very soothing to my baby. The wheels make moving very smooth. My only con would be that the changing table doesn't fit into the carry bag.

Comments about Graco Pack 'n Play Silhouette Play Yard - Rittenhouse:

This pack n play is not comfortable. The pad is super thin and I feel like a bar is jabbing my little one in the back. Graco needs to make the pads with a little more padding. Not happy and have only used a handful of times. I would really like to return but it is past that time frame.

Loved it! I'm fixing to go get it out of the closet for my second baby. Used it daily, easy to move around the house. My son used it as a bassinet for the first 2 months. If we traveled it was packed and ready to go in 5 mins. Ended up buying another for the grandparents house, it was just that handy. Kind of sad he out grew it, but it was durable enough to be used for the next baby. Great investment!

I used this for my 4 year old it was brand new collection at the time and I loved the pattern!
after he grew out of it my mom used it at her house daily for my nephew's nap time. ALL THE REVIEWS about the THIN PADDING...Really do you not know about SIDS, your NOT suppose to use additional blankets or loose bedding. I found the padding to be just perfect along with a swaddle blanket! I don't move it from room to room, because I know how to use the other gear I bought outside of the nap time. If you need something to carry from room to room get a smaller pack n play!!! I can't imagine the people trying to fit it through a normal doorway!!! DUHH it's not a TRAVEL bassinet! I need another additional one for my downstairs and will be buying the new one with the napper for that and using this one in our bedroom. Great buy and buying another. Also when I recieved it back from my mom it was a little dirty and I literally used a washcloth with baby soap and it was like new in minutes!

I love this pack n play. We got it as a gift before my daughter was born. We started out having it set up as her bassinet. She napped in it everyday until she could roll over. Then we started using it for travel. We've taken to Washington DC, Michigan and now I think she'll have her last use in it in Disney World. She's now 2 years old and is about to grow out of it. I've loved having it. It folds up very easily and isn't too heavey to carry.

Comments about Graco Pack 'n Play Silhouette Play Yard - Rittenhouse:

It worked beautifully as a bassinet. Not much padding, so I folded a small comforter inside in its place. I love the small hood which shielded my son from bright light. Its unfortunate I cant use the hood for the bottom play yard, bc I also use it for him to sleep when we are on vacation now that he is older. The light, music and vibration was pointless. I changed the batteries many times but still could not get enough sound to catch my sons attention. The bottom play yard has enough cushion if used only for play. We ended up purchasing a thin queen size memory foam pad, which we folded in half, then in half again and it fit so perfectly as a mattress. It is a bit bulky, so it does not fit through standard door ways. I recently moved to a handicap accessible apt. and now it does fit. The diaper holder is perfect! The wipe holder, not so much. The wipes end up dry within a few days. All in all, beautiful design. If it wasn't so pricey I'd buy a 2nd in brown which I recently saw and also fell in love with!
