Product Description

Little fingers will find a proper writing grip while exploring bold colors with the Crayola My First Washable Triangular Crayons - 16 count! Includes 16 triangular crayons in bright, washable colors.

From its earliest beginnings, Crayola has been about color. They came into being when cousins Edwin Binney and C. Harold Smith took over Edwin's father's pigment business in 1885. More than 120 years later, color - along with creativity, learning and most of all, fun - is the hallmark of the Crayola company who stands out as the premiere name in crayons, markers and paint for kids.

My almost-2-year-old just discovered coloring and she is a huge fan. We had some crayons for her, big chubby ones that came attached to her first coloring book, and when she discovered she could color the walls, you can imagine what happened. And the stuff would not come off, not with Magic Eraser or anything. So when we saw these, with the "washable with soap and water!" disclaimer, we decided to try them. My daughter loves them - and when she colors something other than paper, the color comes up easily with a diaper wipe if that's all I have available! A little more expensive than regular crayons, but genius and I won't buy anything else.

The color payoff is great compared to other toddler crayons, however they break way too easily. We just bought the crayons and they pretty much all broke into pieces after only coloring with them one time. My son loves crayons and coloring but i wish there was a great toddler crayon out there that's non-toxic and washable. The extra money you pay for them you would expect the quality to be higher. I am going to try the ALEX triangle crayons next and see how that goes.

My 21 month old loves to color and draw. Keeps her entertained for hours. She has accidentally marked on tile and it wipes off easy. They rub off on fingers and clothes easy, but i havent had any permanent staining from them.

Comments about Crayola 1005900 Crayola My First Washable Triangular Crayons - 16 count:

The triangle shape makes it very easy for inexperienced hands to grip these. The color selection is fine, especially keeping in mind that very young children using them may not really care which variations of colors are there. They're the same old reliable quality crayons as always, as far as how they feel, the way the colors look on paper, the texture on paper, etc. There is nothing I can complain about aside from my own personal preferences of the colors included beyond the basic 6 colors plus black and white.

There's nothing great about them honestly. The second my toddler pressed the crayon to paper the tips broke off of every single crayon. I was laughing because it was so ridiculous.
