Product Description

The Kick n Play Piano Gym is an innovative platform that combines classic gym play with the proven format of a kick-at musical piano. This gym is re-positionable in each of its four modes of play and is designed to grow with baby through the toddler years. For the youngest babies, in the lay & play mode baby can kick at the piano keys and look up at a toy-filed arch. In tummy time mode the toys can be brought down to the mat via repositionable links and baby can enjoy self-discovery in the large mirror while also reaching and grasping at the variety of toys. In the sit & play mode the piano swivels up, allowing baby to comfortably sit and play the piano, creating musical fun. And in the final fourth mode, the piano is designed for great take-along fun - a large handle makes it easy for older children to enjoy the piano fun anywhere. Five toys are included in the gym; a large sun mirror, an elephant with clackers, rollerball frog, soft crinkle tiger panel with ribbons and a hippo teether. The piano includes short-play music (notes followed by ditties) and long-play (up to 15 minutes of continuous music).

This is perfect for laying the baby down on her back! She loves to look up at the mirror and makes tons if music while she kicks! I like that the volume control has two settings, the low is plenty loud enough to hear without interrupting us or the t.v. She has only really noticed the mirror but I'm sure as she gets bigger she will like the other small toys too. I also love that it can grow with her, by turning the piano up or taking it off. While we haven't used the kick and play like that yet it's great to know we will be able to. So many baby toys only last such a short time so I think we can get great use from this toy over time!

I don't love that the bottom is so thin, we have hardwood floors so when she rolls it seems to hard for her head. I fold a blanket under and that really solves the problem, no big deal!
It also not perfect for tummy time, for us at least, because our LO loves to roll from her tummy to her back it seems that she always hits her sides on the hard base of the activity bar, she doesn't seem to be bothered by it but I think it looks uncomfortable!

We got this for our 2 month old son who HATES being put down on the play mat we had before this purchase. We laid him down on the piano kick and play and he loved it. He can reach the hanging toys on this one, smiles and "talks" to himself in the mirror and kicks to play the music. He was hooked when he realized it played the music when he kicked. Priceless! Now mommy can put him down to play and get things done...lol Very Happy with it.

My little one kicks a ton and so she loves making music with the piano. Also the hanging toys are the first ones she has played with, they hang at the perfect height as opposed to her other play gym where they are too short or too long. She loves staring at them and playing with the noisy ones.

My son is now 5 wks old and we bought this for him when he was 4 weeks because he is always moving his legs. This toy is perfect because now he can at least make music. His mood determines how long he'll stay but at his age, even if he stays 5 mins it's well worth it. He has started to pay more attention to the toys above and has even grab one a couple of times which is really interesting to watch. I highly recommend this gym if you have an active newborn.

We received this as a gift that was not on our registry and at first considered returning it, but I'm very happy we kept it. From about 2 months - 4 months this was my son's favorite toy. He loved kicking at the piano and playing with the hanging toys. Now that he is 6 months old and no longer enjoys laying down we have taken off the piano and put it on his tray table for his high chair. He still really enjoys pressing the keys and getting the music to play but doesn't have to lay down.

I bought this gym for my son when he was 7 weeks old. He started out reaching for the objects, gazing into the mirror, and pressing the piano keys with his feet. He's five months old now and can grab, tug, and kick the piano like no other. He absolutely loves this gym! It holds his attention for a minimum of 15 minutes and has since he was 7 weeks old, which is a plus for a single mom. I would recommend this gym to any mother/father!

We started using this product when our son was about 2 weeks old. He could get the music to play and the hanging toys were bright and interesting enough for him to look at. By 1 month old, he would use it every morning for play time. He would giggle and really get kicking. At 2 months, we're still using it every morning and now in the afternoon as well. As a stay at home mom looking to play and engage with my baby, this is a toy that worked for us right away and I'm looking forward to watching him grow with it! We definitely recommend it!

My guy has put this piano kicker to the test. At first I thought I didn't like the product because it the toys hung down so far. But he just needed to grow into it and at 3.5 months really started to interact. He's 5 months now and yanks on the toys, kicks the arch and kicks that piano. It's still like new! And the washable mat is convenient since he's such a drooler these days.
