This stroller is AWESOME! [...] and I put it together by myself in literally about 10 minutes (9 of those minutes were spent looking for a screwdriver so I could remove the bars I wasn't going to use). You have to actually READ the manual, but other than that, I have no idea what someone could find difficult about assembling this item!? In addition, Baby Trend has an 800 number prominently displayed throughout the manual to call with any questions. We are using the Baby Trend seats with this (incredible safety ratings, by the way, and about a third the price of the Peg Peregos we returned because they were too heavy). Once I removed the bars that we didn't need (see the manual to know what I mean--the manual for this stroller is also available online and I'd read it ahead of time), the car seats snapped right in like buttah. Sooo simple. With regard to the "seat belts" that strap across the seats, I did find that it worked better for me if I looped the non-adjustable end around the stroller frame twice so that the buckle would end up in the middle of the seat, and therefore be much easier to access. If Baby Trend were to make ANY changes to this product, I would recommend that they just go ahead and make that strap shorter to accomplish this in the first place, because the default length makes the clip end up almost inside the little strap guides that are on their own car seats.Driving this thing, though it's long, is like a dream. It corners on rails, and it looks striking and sporty. It feels like the Porsche Cayenne of double strollers!! Sleek, strong, stable, and smooth. Very nice. The other excellent feature is that even with the carseats installed in the stroller frame, I could easily see over them, and at 5'1" that was not the case with all doubles! I looked like a little person trying to drive the Graco DuoGlider in the store and could not see over it well at all, so the Snap N Go is a dream come true for me.Basically, I would recommend this system to ANYONE with TWINS!! It totally rocks.

I bought this online before it was available at BRU and before my babies were born. I would highly recommend this car seat carrier to any family with twins - what a gift to be able to get both babies from point A to point B without breaking your back or your arms trying to carry two seats. It is VERY lightweight and easy to fold, even with one hand. The wheels lock easily, although I wish it had one pedal that locked both wheels at the same time - but just a minor inconvenience. I feel that it maneuvers as easily as can be expected for a twin stroller.

HOWEVER, there are a few things that need some improvement, which is why I only gave it 3 stars.
First, while the underneath storage is very plentiful, it is impossible to access once the car seats are snapped in. If I put the diaper bag in first, then the seats, I can reach in from the sides to access small things, one at a time, but no way will you be able to get the whole diaper bag (or your purse) out once the seats are in.

Second, I have the Graco Safe Seats that go up to 30 lbs. They DO fit into this carrier and snap in properly (unlike a previous post says), but with a little overlap. Since you have to put the seat closest to you in first for safety/balance reasons, you really have to do a little maneuvering to get the second (further away) seat in and out. It's perfectly possible, just not a quick 'snap & go'.

Third, my 8 month olds are both over 26 inches now, so whichever baby is in the position further away has to put their feet either up on the sun shade of the front seat or off to each side because they are just too close together. Maybe that doesn't happen with the average size car seats, I don't know. But with the Graco Safe Seat you may find this to be a problem. But, the babies don't seem to mind and after all, what do we think they are going to do - make it even longer!? I don't think it could maneuver through their doctors offices etc. if it were any longer - it's already pretty darn long.

I'm still using this now because the convenience of it FAR outweighs the drawbacks. But, I'm sure I won't be able to use it much longer and certainly not until the babies are a year.

Comments about Baby Trend Double Snap N Go Stroller:

This product was a lifesaver! I am only 5'2 and I needed a double stroller for my twin boys. Stores do not carry many double strollers, and since we already had one Chicco car seat from our daughter and we were going to buy another Chicco. I tested the floor model of the Chicco double stroller front to back that would accommodate both infant seats. That stroller was heavy, massive, difficult to steer, and bulky. I found it very difficult to collapse.

Then a mom of twins recommended this to me. It has a HUGE basket on the bottom, which cup holders and a small compartment to put your phone and keys. It folds up easily, lays flat in your trunk. The double snap and go steers smoothly.

We watched the you tube videos, and our CHicco carseats fit fine. I dont know why people are complaining. This stroller is perfect for going to the mall, doctor appointments, etc. With twins, you most likely wont be going many other places.

My boys are nine months old now and just graduated to the convertible carseats. I am extremely sad to "retire"this stroller.

I purchased this product to work with my Chicco Key fit 30 car seats and it does not work. There is a video on Youtube from 2009 showing that it does but it's no longer valid. There are at least 2 more current videos on youtube that show the actual scenario of how it does not work. I am super annoyed since I returned my Britax car seats and purchased 2 Chicco car seats for the sole purpose of using this stroller.

I saw that Twinsies in Pa. was having problems steering her snap and go. And I remembered reading in the features description that the front wheels could either be put in a locking straight position or a swivel one. Maybe hers was locked in the straight position which would make it hard to turn corners and maneuver. Hope this is helpful ! :)

Comments about Baby Trend Double Snap N Go Stroller:

Note: We purchased this two years ago when our boys were born, but I figured I would add my experience with what we purchased in 2010. I do not know if they have changed anything since then.

We had purchased the Chicco Keyfit 30s based on the safety ratings and didn't want to deal with something like the bigger travel system strollers right away. So my husband and I shopped around quite a bit before deciding on this frame and we have no regrets.

The frame is lightweight, easy to maneuver and get into a variety of different sized cars. It was also fairly comfortable for my husband (5'8") and my self (5'9") to push around, though I think if you are much taller than that you may have to bend over too much which could be uncomfortable.

It traveled well in the time we used it. We flew from Houston to NJ and back with it twice and it endured incredibly well.

The Keyfit 30s did not snap into the frame, rather you have to use the straps to secure them in place. The strap held our boys securely so we had no issues.

We also had a moment of panic when we couldn't get the seats to sit correctly. You just have to place the car seats a specific way and it works perfectly. If you are having problems, check youtube, that is where we found out we were doing it wrong.

The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the Keyfit 30s were a little tricky to figure out, but once you had done it a few times it was pretty easy.

I recently had twins, and was using my Chicco double stroller, erich is awesome, but so big and heavy that I hated dragging it out of the SUV for a quick trip into the Dr, church, etc. We bought the Baby Trend Snap n Go Double Stroller and LOVE IT!! It is light weight, very compact (foss in the small cargo area behind the 3rd row seating in my Ford Flex), easy to open and close, and it's easy to get the Chicco infant carriers in and out. The Baby Trend is also very sturdy and durable. It's feels very secure with my twins in it. It also had a handle sturdy enough to support my diaper bag, 2 chip holders and a little storage box perfect for keys, a pacifier, our cell phone. This was a great purchase!

I received the Baby Trend Double Snap N Go Stroller for my twins. At first, I was unsure if it would accommodate the Chicco KeyFit 30 Infant Car Seats, but after research online and watching videos, I was able to assemble and place the carseats without any problems. The stroller is lightweight and very easy to use. With twins, you don't want a bulky double stroller - so this one is a perfect choice! It has spacious cargo room underneath for shopping bags and diaper bags etc as well as 2 cupholders. I highly recommend it for twin parents!

Comments about Baby Trend Double Snap N Go Stroller:

I made absolute sure that the infant car seats I registered for would work with this stroller by reading the info on Baby Trend's website. I registered for Graco Snugrides (just plain old Snugride, not Snugride 30 etc). You have to read the instruction manual and rearrange the metal bars depending on which car seat you're using. The only thing I didn't like about the stroller, and I noticed it as soon as I set it up, was the front car seat overhangs the back one a little bit, so as my twins got bigger I had to make sure the one in the back had her feet out of the way before I could put the second one in and then she'd kick the one in the front. My girls are little, so it hasn't been a huge issue for me. They're 9 months old and I can still use this stroller because they're only about 15-17 lbs.

It is very easy to maneuver when it's light. However, like any front-to-back stroller, it gets more difficult to use as it gets heavier. Another thing I like is that the basket underneath was large enough to carry the diaper bag and toys, etc. I usually put the big stuff in before the seats.

I feel like it's a must-have for twin moms. One of my friends gave me a Graco front-to-back stroller to use as well, which we used for excursions like walking around the neighborhood or going the park etc. The Baby Trend was much better for everyday use though because it was light enough to keep in the car and pull out for whatever I needed it for. I also bought a Baby Jogger City Mini for now that they're older. I still use the Baby Trend in the car though, because I can transport them without taking them out of their car seats.

Comments about Baby Trend Double Snap N Go Stroller:

I got this stroller to hold us over while the twins are little until they are big enough for a side by side. I have the Graco Snugride 30 and hey fit fine. Many people have complained about there being a lack of leg room or the back seat. I found this to be true also. One thing I did was change the bar that you have to install in the front, closest to the handle is supposed to be in the "up" position. I switched it so the bar was down, and when I put the seats back in, the font seat was still secure, but it allowed a little more leg room in the back beacause the front seat was tilted forward just slightly. It wasn't a severe angle where the baby was in danger of falling out. If this stroller was just a few inches longer it would be a 5 star.
