1.How to Play: Game Pieces will be distributed in Toys"R"Us newspaper inserts on 10/01/06, 10/08/06, 10/15/06 and 10/22/06. For a free game piece, send a self-addressed stamped envelope ("SASE") to: "Deal or No Deal Game Piece," c/o Little & King Co., LLC, 31 Merrick Ave., Suite 150, Merrick, New York, NY 11566. Limit of one Game Piece per mail-in request; VT residents need not affix return postage. Mail-in requests must be postmarked by 10/23/06 and received no later than 10/30/06 and will be honored while supplies last. Approximately 143,573,148 Game Pieces will be distributed nationwide. Each game piece contains two suitcases. One suitcase is the "DEAL" suitcase and the other suitcase is a "NO DEAL" Suitcase. The "DEAL" Suitcase offers 10% off any one item in your shopping cart at time of purchase. The "NO DEAL" suitcase offers the chance to win $1,000,000 and additional prizes (see Rule #2). To play, bring the game piece to a participating Toys"R"Us store in the United States between 10/01/06 - 10/28/06. Choose the "DEAL" or "NO DEAL" suitcase and give it to any Toys"R"Us associate/cashier. The cashier will ask you which suitcase you choose, void the suitcase you did not choose, and then scan the UPC code on the suitcase that you have chosen. If you choose the "NO DEAL" suitcase and the scanner indicates a prize description, you win that prize, subject to verification by Little & King Co., LLC, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final. If your suitcase does not indicate a prize description, it will indicate an offer of 5% off any purchase of one item in your shopping cart at that time of purchase. If you choose the "DEAL" suitcase, you will receive an offer of 10% off any purchase in your shopping cart at that time of purchase. (See Rule #3 for Offer information.) Suitcases may only be provided to Toys"R"Us associates/cashiers to scan the barcode. Store associates, cashiers, managers and guest service representatives are not authorized to verify or redeem any prizes. Only one "Deal or "No Deal" suitcase is allowed per transaction per store visit. Store associates/cashiers are authorized to verify and redeem either the 5% discount or 10% discount offers on the suitcases. 3.Offers: DEAL CARD (143,573,148.): 10% discount off any one item in the player's shopping cart. NO DEAL CARD (143,573,148) If you chose the NO DEAL suitcase and are not a prize winner, you will receive a 5% discount off any one item in your shopping cart. All discounts must be used at the same time of purchase in which the customer presents the suitcase.
4.Prize Claims: Winner is solely responsible for submitting winning Game Piece and for retaining a photocopy of it. You are not a prizewinner until your official Game Piece has been verified by Little & King Co., LLC, the independent judging organization, in accordance with these official rules. In order to claim a Prize, you must hand-print your name, complete address and phone number on a 3x5 card along with the winning game piece with your name signed anywhere on it, and send certified mail, return receipt requested to: "DOND Prize Claims," c/o Little & King Co., LLC, Dept MB, 31 Merrick Avenue, Suite 150, Merrick, NY 11566. Prize claims must be postmarked by 11/06/06 and received by 11/13/06. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. Limit one prize per person/immediate family/household (parent, children or siblings, whether or not the individual lives in the same household.) If more than one prize is claimed per person/immediate family/household, highest level prize will be awarded.
