The Very Important Baby (V.I.B.) card is a reloadable gift card that Mom can use in-store to purchase all of baby's very important essentials - Diapers, Wipes, Formula, and Baby Food! When money is loaded on the V.I.B. card by friends and family (or mom herself), Babies"R"Us will add on a 10% bonus within 48 hours. So as an example, if a gift giver loads $100 on to the V.I.B. card, Babies"R"Us will add on a $10 bonus, for a total of $110 on the card.

Sign-up for a Very Important Baby (V.I.B.) card
Babies "R" Us Baby Registrants can enroll instantly in the V.I.B. program when creating their registry in-store. Already have an existing registry? No problem! Just stop by our Registry Desk where a Registry Consultant will be happy to assist you with adding a V.I.B. card to your registry.
If you do not have a Babies "R" Us Baby Registry, you can still sign up for the V.I.B. program by stopping by the Guest Services desk at any "R" Us location and asking to start a V.I.B. account.
At this time, all V.I.B. program enrollments are handled in-store.

Are there any requirements to participate in the V.I.B. program?
V.I.B. cardholders must also be enrolled in the Rewards"R"Us Program. This allows Guests to make the most of all of our benefits!

How can I use my V.I.B. card to purchase diapers, wipes, formula and baby food?
Cardholders can use their V.I.B. card to purchase diapers, wipes, formula and baby food at any "R" Us location. At this time, V.I.B. cards can only be used for in-store purchases and may not be used with the Pay in Store payment option.

How can funds be added to my card?
V.I.B. cardholders and gift givers can add money to a V.I.B. card at any time by visiting any of our 850+ "R" Us locations. A Team Member will simply look up the V.I.B. account # and apply the gift amount to the account. At this time, all funds added to a V.I.B. card are handled in-store.
Funds can be added to a V.I.B. card via cash, standard gift card, debit or credit card transaction.

How can I check how much money is currently on my V.I.B. card?
V.I.B. cardholders can visit the Rewards website at www.toysrus.com/rewards to view their V.I.B. account balance and accrued V.I.B. bonus dollars.

Does the money added to the V.I.B. card by gift givers and cardholders expire after a certain period?
Funds added to a V.I.B. card by gift givers and cardholders do not expire.

Is there a bonus incentive for adding money on the V.I.B. card?
V.I.B. cardholders will receive a 10% bonus from Babies"R"Us for money loaded on to the V.I.B. card. So as an example, if a gift giver loads $100 on to the V.I.B. card, Babies"R"Us will add on a $10 bonus, for a total of $110 on the card. Any and all amounts loaded on the V.I.B. card will qualify for the 10% bonus.
With diapers adding up to over $800 in baby's first year, an $80 bonus is a welcome benefit!

What should I do if I've lost my card?
If your card is lost, call Guest Services immediately at 1-888-222-9787 and report it missing. You will need to confirm your identity. Guest Services will then close your V.I.B. account, open a new V.I.B. account and transfer any funds to your new card.
