And don't forget, you can also change and update your preference center whenever you want - all from the comfort of your home.
It's easy to set up your email preference center! Just follow the steps below to implement your preferences:
- Start on the email preference center Home Page
- Fill in all necessary information on the registry form. Some fields such as First and Last Name are required, and others like home and cell phone numbers are optional
- You can also fill out your newsletter preferences including:
- Updates you'd like to receive from Toys"R"Us and Babies"R"Us
- Communications related to safety and recall notices
- News regarding the Toys"R"Us Toy Guide for Differently-Abled Children
- To select your preferred email format choose HTML, Text or - if you're unsure - the Not Sure option
- Once you have filled out all of your information, simply click the "Submit" button to save your preferences
- Once you click submit, you'll be taken to a page where you'll have the option to edit any of your preferences by selecting the "Click here to edit your preferences" link. On this page you can also choose to explore our other programs or shop online through Toysrus.com or Babiesrus.com
- You'll receive an email with your basic sign-up information and password shortly after completion. Please save that email for future reference
- To go back and update your personal information after sign in, log onto your preference center. Then just click on the "Update" link next to the information you'd like to change. You will then be taken to a page where you can update your personal information. We will put your changes into effect as soon as possible
- To change your preferences after you've signed up, sign into your preference center. Then update your preferences and click the "Save Changes" button to save your updates. To cancel click the "Cancel" button
- If you forget or misplace your password, you can always have your password emailed to you again by using our "Forgot Password" feature or by contacting our Customer Service Team at 1-800-TOYSRUS

Shortly after you submit your email preferences, you will receive a confirmation email with your basic sign-up information and password verifying that your preferences have been set.
If you choose to modify your preferences after signing up, you can:
- Log on to your center
- Update or change your preferences
- Click the "Save Changes" button to finalize your changes
We will update your preference center and put your changes into effect as soon as possible.
