Updating My Preference Center

Making changes to your preference center is as easy as signing up! You can update your personal information - including your first and last name, email, mailing address, password and phone numbers - and make changes to your preferences.

How do I update my preferences?

It's a breeze!

In addition to updating your preferences, you can edit your first and last name, email, mailing address, password and phone numbers:

• First, log on to your email preference center Home Page
• Then just click on the "Update" link next to the information you'd like to change. You will then be taken to a page where you can update your personal information. Click the "Save Changes" button to save your updates. To cancel, click the "Cancel" button
• To change your preferences, sign in to your preference center. Then update your preferences and click the "Save Changes" button to save your updates. To cancel, click the "Cancel" button

You will receive a confirmation email reflecting the changes you made and we will put your changes into effect as soon as possible.

Can I update my preferences over the phone or at a store?

You can update preferences via phone by contacting our Customer Service Team at 1-800-TOYSRUS.

At this time, however, you cannot update your preferences in store.

How do I delete or cancel my email preferences?

To stop receiving email communications, simply delete your preferences or unsubscribe from our communications.

What if my contact information has changed?

Not a problem!

If your personal information - including your first and last name, email, mailing address, password and phone numbers - has changed, just edit the information through your email preference center:

• First, log on to your email preference center Home Page
• Then just click on the "Update" link next to the information you'd like to change
• You will then be taken to a page where you can update your personal information
• Click the "Save Changes" button to save your updates
• To cancel, click the "Cancel" button

You will receive a confirmation email reflecting the changes you made and we will put your changes into effect as soon as possible.
