Can I define my preferences in a store or over the phone?
At this time, you can only make or create email preferences online, not in store.
You can, however, update or modify your preferences via phone by contacting our Customer Service Team at 1-800-TOYSRUS.
How long will my preferences remain active?
It's really up to you! Your email preference center will remain active as long as you choose to keep it or until you decide to delete your preferences or unsubscribe from our communications.
Do I have to create an account in order to receive "R"Us emails?
Not at all!
While you're not required to create an email preference center to receive our emails, defining your preferences ensures you also get the promotions and offers that you want. It's the simple, easy way to get the information that's most important to you.
How do I select a preferred email format?
Choosing your preferred email format is simple!
When you fill out your registration form, just click one of three options next to the "Preferred Email Format" field: HTML, Text or Not Sure.
To go back and edit this information, simply log on and fill out the corresponding bubble next to your choice.
How can I learn about other "R"Us programs?
Interested in learning more about our exciting programs including Wish List and Geoffrey's Birthday Club?
You can do so through Toysrus.com or Babiesrus.com, or through your email preference center. Once you click the "Submit" button, you will have the chance to explore such programs on the following page.
How often will I receive Toys"R"Us or Babies"R"Us emails?
This will vary based on the preferences you have selected. However, you are not likely to receive more than two to three emails per day.
