Personalized items take a little longer to ship from the warehouse due to the customization of the product.
We are not able to accept returns on personalized items unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. These items are customized just for you. In the case of a manufacturing error or product defect please contact our Guest Service Team at 1-800-TOYSRUS and they will assist you. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we deem to be inappropriate, including due to language, content or material.

Will my item take longer to ship?
Yes, personalized items take a little longer to produce and to leave the warehouse due to the customization of the product.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders for personalized items cannot be cancelled or changed. Personalized items orders are immediately sent to the production facilities so they can start working on producing your unique customized order. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and checked off the Personalization Review and Confirmation button on the product detail page.
Can I get a personalized item gift wrapped?
No, at this time we are not offering gift wrap as an option for personalized items.
What font styles do you offer?
Not all font styles are available for all personalized items. Please check the Product Detail page of the personalized item and review the font styles offered for that item.
Can I use Expedited Shipping for a Personalized item?
No, at this time we are not offering any Shipping service other than “Ground Shipping”
