Shipping ... Made Easy!

Placing an order with or has never been easier!

We offer several different shipping methods. The method that you choose determines how quickly your item will arrive. The choices available depend on:

1) The item(s) purchased.
2) The in-stock availability of the product.
3) The shipping destination.

Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. (Details)


Available Shipping Methods

During checkout, you have the opportunity to select your shipping method. Not every shipping method is available for all items. This is determined by several factors such as shipping destination(s) and size and weight of your item(s). Your order will default to economy shipping however you may choose a different method simply by selecting from the options displayed. Please note that for larger and/or heavier items, you may only be provided with a Freight option.

Economy Shipping: Typically arrives in 4-6 business days*
Standard Shipping: Typically arrives in 2-5 business days*
Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives in 2-3 business days*
Express Shipping: Typically arrives in 1-2 business days*
Freight Shipping: Typically arrives in 7-14 business days*

*In order to determine the estimated receipt date of your items and make the appropriate selection for your needs, please carefully review the Availability section during the checkout process. When selecting ship method, you will be presented with a date range based upon your selection, which provides you with an expected timeframe for the arrival of your items.


  • Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday) excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • Your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order will not be processed until the following business day. This applies to all shipping methods, including Express Shipping.
  • Once your order is submitted, no changes may be made including address, shipping method, etc.
  • Orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item may take longer to arrive.
  • Delivery time for oversized items differ slightly from the above options. Please refer to our Oversized Items section for details.
  • 2 additional days should be added to your delivery date if using our Pay in Store payment option to accommodate the timeframe in which you have to visit the store and pay for your order.
  • Expedited Shipping and Express Shipping orders require a street address.
  • Items shipped to the below destinations may only be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and cannot be expedited. Not all items are eligible to ship to APO/FPO/PO Box addresses. Please check individual product detail pages for restrictions.
    • PO Boxes in Continental US
    • PO Boxes in Alaska and Hawaii
    • APO/FPO
    • US Territories (including Puerto Rico)


Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-Order items are shipped directly to you once the stated release date arrives and you will be notified of your order status via email. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you. Expected shipment time for each pre-order item will be shown in your cart specifying when an item is expected to leave the warehouse, not when it will arrive at its final shipping destination.

Note: Delivery times for pre-order items are based upon the manufacturer's release dates.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined by:

Free Shipping eligibility: Eligible items ship FREE if the dollar value of all eligible items in your basket meets or exceeds the free shipping promotional threshold however, surcharges may apply for oversized items. Look for the red box that states ???Ships Free??? to help you in determining eligible items. (details)

The destination of your item(s): Destinations outside the continental US may incur higher shipping costs.

The shipping method you select: You will be prompted to pick your shipping option during checkout (Economy, Standard, Expedited, or Express).

The size and weight of your item: Some heavy and/or oversized items may incur a surcharge; If you wish to avoid paying for shipping/surcharges, you may choose Free Store Pick Up or Ship to Store, when available.

The number of shipping destinations: If you ship items to multiple addresses, a separate flat rate may apply to each shipping destination. Your total shipping will be calculated automatically during checkout prior to the completion of your order.


Oversized Items

Oversized Items typically arrive in 7-14 full business days. Some larger and heavier items can only be sent via ground freight. These carriers may call to set up the delivery in which you may be offered to choose a 4-hour window on an available weekday.


  • Someone 18 years of age or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
  • The freight trucking company will only be delivering the item curbside (White Glove delivery is not a service that we offer).
  • Since the item is likely to be heavy and large, we recommend that you have someone with you to help you move the item into your home.
  • If you are giving the item as a gift, please include the recipient's phone number so the recipient can be contacted in the event the delivery needs to be scheduled.
  • Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for all oversized products shipping via a freight trucking company. These products cannot be expedited.


Shipping to Multiple Addresses

You can ship to multiple addresses within the same order. You can also select a different shipping method for each item. For more information on shipping to multiple addresses, see our Checkout section of Help.


Order Tracking

You will receive a ship confirmation email that will contain your tracking number for your order. Please note that if you placed an order for multiple items, those items may ship separately and result in multiple tracking numbers. Not all tracking numbers will show movement immediately. It is possible that while the order has left our facility, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system.

Orders placed on the Toys"R"Us and Babies"R"Us website may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods, therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on:

1) The type of product you purchased
2) The 'How to get it' method you selected during checkout
3) The carrier that is delivering your product(s).

Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package. In these rare instances, "Order Status/Tracking" on the Toys"R"Us and Babies"R"Us website will not offer tracking information, but will still offer order status and other details.

Store Pickup orders will not be assigned tracking numbers. Order status for Store Pickup orders will be available within 15 minutes in the "Order Status/Tracking" area of our website.   • If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
  • If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.
  • If there is no tracking information, or you cannot locate the package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please feel free to contact an online customer service specialist for assistance at 1-800-ToysRUs or 1-888-BabyRUs.
