Item Availability

Checking an item's availability on our site is easy once you get the hang of it!

If an item is available on our site, you will see a red "Add Item to Cart" box on the right hand side of the product detail page. You should also note the "Availability" section, just above the "Product Detail" section. You will be able to see if the item is "In-Stock", and how long it takes to leave the warehouse should you choose to purchase it.

If you do not see the red "Add Item to Cart" box, the item is temporarily out of stock and cannot be ordered at that time. The "Availability" section will also be hidden. You do have the option however to add an out of stock item to your Baby Registry or Wish List!

Looking for an item but can't find it

Sorry to hear that you are having difficulty locating an item... There are a number of ways to search for an item so if you think you've looked at all possible ways; we may not carry the item. Your best bet is to call 1-800-ToysRUs (1-800-869-7787) or 1-888-BabyRUs (1-888-222-9787) An online specialist can assist you with your questions and can even place a phone order for you! If you prefer to email us, please select the, "Contact Us" button below and you will be requested to fill out an email form. A Customer Service Specialist will personally respond to your question within 24 hours.

Shipping to an APO/FPO or International Address

We do ship most of our items to APO/FPO boxes. If the option is available online when you check out, you can certainly take advantage of that choice. In most cases, if we are unable to ship to an APO/FPO address, the product detail page will be noted. Please note that APO/FPO shipments are sent via USPS and cannot be expedited.
