Buy online, Ship to Store
Buy Online, Ship to Store is a program that allows you to purchase your favorite items online, but pick them up in your local store within 5-10 days. You will receive a "Ready for Pickup" email when your order has arrived to the store.
Exception: Please allow an additional 7-14 days for orders shipping to our Express/Outlet stores and stores located in HI, AK or PR.

All items eligible for the Buy Online, Ship to Store program will have a "Free Ship to Store" message. You will be presented with several options for delivery based upon your needs. If you choose the Free Ship to Store option, just follow a few simple steps when adding the item to your cart:
Is every item eligible for Ship to Store pick up?
Not all stores and items are available for the Buy Online, Ship to Store program. You can check each item's availability by looking for the "Free Ship to Store" message on each item detail page. Click here for additional information on item availability
Can I pick some items up at a store and have some shipped to my home?
Of course! No need to place multiple orders. Just be sure to make the appropriate selections either when adding to your shopping cart or during checkout.

Can I select multiple pickup stores in one order?
Yes, you can! Simply select the appropriate store locations for each item you add to cart and your order will be processed accordingly. Just remember that you will be required to pick up the order at each location selected; we do not allow anyone other than the purchaser to pick up a Ship to Store order, unless a designated recipient is included to pick up the order in your place. Additionally, some items might have limits or restrictions which will preclude you from buying in multiple locations.
Do I pay online or in store?
Your credit card and/or gift card will be charged online unless you select the Pay in Store payment option. For more information, click here.
Can I change the store, once I've selected it?
If during the checkout process you change your mind and decide you want to pick up the item at a different location or ship it instead, not to worry, you can edit the item in the "How to get it" section during checkout with just a few simple clicks. However once the order has been placed, there is no way to change the store location.
Ship to Store Pickup order status

How will I know when to go to the store?
You may go to the store after you have received the Ready for Store Pickup email. For Pay in Store orders, you will first receive an Order Confirmation email that will contain a barcode. The receipt of this will be your indication that you should visit any U.S. Toys"R"Us or Babies"R"Us store within 48 hours and bring the copy of the email to any register to make your full payment for it to be released for processing and shipping. Please do not confuse these emails with any other email communication about your order such as the order acknowledgement, order status etc.
How long will the store hold my order?
Your Ready for Store Pickup e-mail will provide you with detail for the number of days in which to pick up your order; typically, this will be 5 days from the receipt of the "Ready for Store Pickup" email. If, after 5* days, your order has not been picked up, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed back to original method of payment, except if you selected the Pay in Store payment option. Pay in Store purchases will be refunded to an Electronic Gift Card, but may be exchanged in any of our Toys"R"Us or Babies"R"Us stores for a full refund issued using your original method of payment *Note: At certain times of the year Toys"R"Us and Babies"R"Us may change the time frame in which you have to pick up your order in order to better accommodate our guests and store associates. Do I need to bring anything to the store when I pickup my order?

Where do I pick up my order?
Easy! After receiving your "Ready for Store Pickup" email, go to the store that you selected as your pick up destination. Proceed to the "Merchandise Pick Up Location" area and present the "Ready for Store Pickup" email along with your valid ID. The store associate will retrieve your order and complete your transaction.
Can I have someone pick up my order for me (Family & Friends Pickup!)?
Absolutely! If you would like someone else, other than yourself, to pick up your order, simply use the "Family & Friends Pickup!" option when completing your order online. It's important to note that whomever you select to pick up the order will be the only person, aside from you, who will be able to do so. They will need to provide valid ID at the time of pick up to confirm they are the designated recipient.
How do I cancel or return my purchase?
Store Pick Up orders are processed immediately once the order is placed and as a result, the option to modify or cancel the order is unavailable. The order will be automatically cancelled if it is not picked up within 5 days of receiving your "Ready for Pick Up" email and a full refund will be posted to your original payment method.
Returning your purchase is easy. Simply visit Guest Services at any Toys"R"Us or Babies"R"Us store and bring your "Ready for Pick Up" email which contains a return barcode to assist in expediting the process.
