I got a chance to try this travel system as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel. Overall, this travel system is a wonderful value - it is a high quality car seat and stroller combo for a very budget friendly price. I find the system to be very attractive, and the quality is good enough that it will most likely last for multiple children. Below is a list of pros and cons that I found while testing out this travel system. Pros: 1. I love the large canopy on the stroller. It covers the stroller seat completely, and when the stroller is used with the car seat snapped in, the entire seat can be covered for shade or naps for your little one. However, the manual does note that the canopy does not provide any actual sun protection/SPF, so I would probably not use the canopy as my only source of shade for a long period of time on a very sunny day. 2. The car seat portion of the travel system is lighter to carry than the other infant car seat I use. The manual also notes that the car seat can be used for infants up to 35 pounds, which is slightly higher than the other seat that I have, so you could get a few more months of use out of this seat seat can be covered for shade or naps for your little one. However, the manual does note that the canopy does not provide any actual sun protection/SPF, so I would probably not use the canopy as my only source of shade for a long period of time on a very sunny day. 2. The car seat portion of the travel system is lighter to carry than the other infant car seat I use. The manual also notes that the car seat can be used for infants up to 35 pounds, which is slightly higher than the other seat that I have, so you could get a few more months of use out of this seat before needing to purchase a new one. 3. It is very easy to snap the car seat into the stroller - there are no special adapters needed to make them work together. 4. The color is lovely! Maybe a personal preference, but I found it to be very attractive. 5. The stroller provides a smooth ride and feels very sturdy. We also liked the adjustable handle for the stroller, as my hubby is much taller than I am. The stroller seat also fully reclines so that it can be used with a smaller baby or for naps. 6. The stroller comes with a parent organizer and a child snack tray. The other stroller that we have did not include these items, so they had to be purchased separately at an additional expense. Cons 1. I found the stroller to be heavier and bulkier than the other stroller that I own. It takes up significant trunk space and can be a bit challenging to get in and out of the car. However, I am assuming that the weight of this stroller is pretty standard, as the other stroller I have is specifically meant to be a bit lighter. 2. The mechanism for folding the stroller was not obvious to me at all. I had to comb through the instructions to figure it out - it's kind of a pull cord mechanism under the seat. 3. While the stroller seat does fully recline, the mechanism for reclining was also not intuitive and seems like it might not hold up as long as the rest of the system. It's just a strap with a button to hold the seat in place, kind of like a drawstring bag closure. It didn't seem very sturdy to me 4. The car seat base was easy enough to install in our vehicle, but the leveling system for other seats that I've used has been better. This one has a leveling foot or you can use a rolled blanket. There is an indicator on the side of the seat to tell you if the incline of the seat is ok, with two different incline levels based on your child's weight. Other seats I have used have buttons to vary the incline while installing, which was easier to work with. 5. While sufficient, I found the basket under the stroller to be smaller than the other stroller I have. It was hard to stuff my diaper bag in there, and not much else would fit once the diaper bag is in there.

I was able to try this travel system for free through the weeSpring Parent Panel. It was easy to assemble, adjust, and maneuver right out of the box and has three configurations: upright, reclined flat, and with the bucket/infant seat attached. It took me all of thirty minutes to fit everything for my three-month-old. She loves the option to lay flat in the stroller instead of always being in the infant seat and I appreciate the safety of being able to enclose the leg opening so she can enjoy the bassinet style safely. The fabrics are basic but the preppy blue on black is quite attractive, especially with the full stroller canopy deployed (it reaches almost down to the lap bar and easily meets up with the infant seat canopy when used together) and I imagine it will wear well and not show stains easily. The cargo space can accommodate a fairly large diaper bag and there are cupholder consoles for baby and you but you need to use care as the compartments are shallow. Handlebar adjusts up/down a few inches. Separate rear brake levers are a bit fiddly. I drive a compact sedan and the infant seat installed in the center of the rear seat without needing to adjust the front seats at all. Folded, the stroller would fit into any trunk and it's easy to lift in/out.

Nice, Simple Travel System

By CharChar

Comments about Evenflo Princeton Travel System - Sky Blue:

Thanks to the weeSpring Parent Panel for sending me this travel system! The stroller itself was easy to assemble and the car seat base was easy to install in my vehicle using the latch system (I drive a mid-size suv). The whole system is fairly lightweight compared to other systems I've used in the past. The stroller folds flat and stands on its own which is good for transport and storage. The included parent and child trays are a nice added bonus. They are also removable for easy cleaning. The storage basket underneath is too small and hard to access. My diaper bag cannot fit in it. It is more suited for a toddler with less luggage. The stroller is not reversible so baby is always forward-facing unless in the car seat. With that being said, the nice fully reclined seat/bassinet feature seems like a waste if you can't look at your baby. The handle is adjustable which is great for accommodating different heights. The canopy is nice and big with generous sunshade but does not come with a viewing window. Overall, this is a nice, simple travel system and I would recommend it to anybody who isn't looking for something high-end and flashy.

Great Travel System

Comments about Evenflo Princeton Travel System - Sky Blue:

I received this travel system as a gift from the weeSpring Parent Panel. I absolutely loved this whole travel system. We tried out the stroller first. It is very functional. Super easy fold open and close. I was sold by the extra canopy shade. The stroller we currently have did not have enough sun shade coverage. I also like that I can switch up the seat to down to a pram (bassinet) for my little 2 month old. Or attach the Infant seat securely on directly from the car. And then just as easily move the seat up for my 2 year old toddler and attach the snack tray onto the bar. The large canopy storage basket is easily accessible from the front or the back. The adjust able handle is great. I can adjust down for myself at 5'2 and up for my husband at 6'0. I also LOVED how smooth the stroller was to push. Now on to the infant carseat. The seat is nice and light weight, a great extra seat for our 2nd vehicle. The base was easy to install, and securely attach the seat to. Again the bigger sun canopy is a plus for me. I thought the material was much more breathable for my infant. She didn't seem to sweat as much as she did in her other seat. The straps were easily adjustable. Over all I really enjoyed this whole travel system especially the stroller. Thank you again to WeeSpring for choosing our family to try this out.

Stylish and Comfortable Travel System

By EmilyGT

Comments about Evenflo Princeton Travel System - Sky Blue:

I received this travel system as a gift from the weeSpring Parent Panel. This is a great stroller system, especially given the price. I was really impressed with the design, it is very similar to some of the very "high-end" stroller systems out there. The blue canopy is really cute the rest of it is mostly black which gives it a sleek look. It even looks better in person than the picture. We've been using the stroller daily to take our 1 year old on evening walks. I've found that it truly has everything we need! The seat is very comfortable for him, he sits up high and is comfortably reclined. The straps are very comfy and it's easy to click him in and out of it. The canopy is great and folds down very far to block the sun if needed. The basket is a good size and we can fit about two bags of groceries in it. It has a cup holder for your little one and a tray with two cup holders and a phone/key spot for mom and dad. The stroller rides really well - we have bumpy sidewalks and I find it handles them more smoothly than the more expensive stroller we own. The carseat is great as well. It clips in and out of the stroller easily and is fairly light. It's very cushy and cozy - perfect for a newborn. We plan on using it when our second little one arrives next month. Overall, I would definitely recommend this stroller system! It's proof that you don't have to spend a lot to get a great stroller!

Versatile stroller

By myshe1f

Comments about Evenflo Princeton Travel System - Sky Blue:

I think this is a great budget friendly travel system. Starting off with the assembly of the stroller, I was able to put it together without even using the instructions. In fact, most of the adjustments for the stroller are really intuitive. The only thing I really had to check the manual for was how to actually get the stroller to fold up, but once you know how to do that, it is quite easy. Installation of the car seat I used the manual and vehicle manual for to make sure that I got a correct installation. The base was pretty easy to install using the connected latch hooks, I liked that it has a part of the base that flips up, and you can secure the latches to the vehicle, then close the part over the latch strap to create a tighter connection to the car. I also installed without the base using just the seatbelt strap and that was actually even easier and still got a nice, secure connection. I did feel that the system was somewhat flimsier in general than some other seats/strollers, but that is against items that are priced higher as well It definitely lends to it being a lighter system though, the infant car seat being a light 7-8 lbs. One of the only places that I saw the functioning being a little cheaper was the sun shade of the seat and stroller were kind of cheap and sometimes difficult to maneuver. Where this system really impressed me was the sheer versatility of the stroller itself. The car seat easily clips into it, of course, but without the infant seat in the stroller has a bassinet option that creates a hole-free place for an infant to lay without the risk of legs or arms sticking out of the bassinet. When not in bassinet mode you can easily adjust the back of the stroller to fit an older babe. The padding in the straps are a bit thin, but this is easily remedied by some cute strap covers. Pros: - Lightweight â€" car seat is 7-8 lbs, stroller was estimated at about 25. - Stroller folds flat - Adjustability â€" height is adjustable for stroller handle, stroller either click in infant car seat, bassinet, or regular stroller seat - Infant car seat has two holes for crotch strap to come out to accommodate babies large or small - 100% shade covering whether using infant car seat in stroller, or just the stroller alone - Handle of infant seat is high enough to not interfere with shade - Tray for child, as well as adult panel - Storage space underneath stroller Cons: -Lightweight - Feels to be a less durable plastic than some systems, wonder how they will last in the wheels - Sun shade is not smooth to adjust - Two locks need to be clicked to lock and keep the stroller from rolling, though they are easy to click it is just one extra step. If you only do one, that side will still roll - Base of car seat is not as adjustable as some other bases, though it did have an adjustment that worked well with my really inclined seats I'd like to thank the WeeSpring Parent Panel for the opportunity to try out this travel system.

Easy BREEZY!

By AnUrbanMa

Comments about Evenflo Princeton Travel System - Sky Blue:

Thanks to the weeSpring Parent Panel for sending me this travel system! I really like this stroller. I was SOLD when they sent the kiddie tray and the parent tray. Some higher end strollers make you pay for ALL the accessories (necessities). The cup holders could be a little deeper though - an active baby would kick out the drinks. The stroller is REALLY easy to put together. My almost 3 year old helped me install the wheels. I tried the stroller with both my 8 month old and my 34 month old. I LOVE how the seat reclines all the way back and the base of the seat fold up like a bassinet for a smaller baby. The toddler also liked when I raised the leg area behind his knees while he slept. The stroller is light weight and easy to maneuver. I like how upright the seat is. My other stroller reclines too much and my toddler complains that he can't see. The sunshade on the stroller is REALLY big. It's perfect for really bright days and when your baby is trying to sleep in a bright place. The only thing I don't like is that the stroller doesn't have a window for you to look down on your baby while they are in the stroller with the shade pulled. You have to completely open the shade to check on your little one. I never would have bought this stroller on my own - but now that I've tried it - I can recommend it.

Nice system!

Comments about Evenflo Princeton Travel System - Sky Blue:

I was able to try this travel system as part of the Weespring parent panel. My son is on the tall side and unable to use his other infant seat but he fit into this one just fine. I didn't like that the pillow was not able to be used when the harness straps are adjusted to the higher levels. The straps are super easy to adjust with no need to take the seat apart. The seat reclines a bit more than other infant seats which was great for naps in the car! No head bob! I wish it had the SureLATCH but the regular latch worked great! We were able to move it with the base from truck to car with ease. I like the color coded level indicator for positioning the seat according to my child's weight. We love the height of the stroller and the adjustable handle! My husband is 6'2 so he was very happy to pop the handle up and be comfortable pushing this stroller. The storage compartment is a good size. The canopy is amazing with extended coverage. I don't like having to pop off the cup holders to attach the car seat yet they are nice to have if you're using the stroller without the car seat attached. The stroller folds easily and flat. I had no trouble lifting it into the trunk.

Okay but not great

Comments about Evenflo Princeton Travel System - Sky Blue:

I got a chance to try this travel system as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel. It pushes and turns great even with a toddler in tow. I like how it stands up once folded. However, the parent and child tray are useless. Neither one is deep enough to confidentially hold a drink, and there is no section on the parent tray that can fit an iPhone or Samsung Galaxy (which are the 2 most popular phones!). The basket underneath is basically useless as well for any kind of bags. It is hard to access and small. The canopy is nice and sturdy however there is no ventilation in the back of the canopy or seat and therefore not comfortable for a napping child. There is also no window for the parent to see the child in the stroller.... Coming from someone who has her fare share of strollers not impressed and would not recommend.

Great value and features

By Chouser77

Comments about Evenflo Princeton Travel System - Sky Blue:

I got a chance to try this travel system as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel; however, all thoughts and opinions on this product are my own. This travel system seems to be a good value for families wanting a matching set for their stroller and infant carrier/car seat to use together. I like that the carrier can easily be transferred from the car to the stroller, and clicks in to place on the stroller without having to tote around a bulky extra connector to use them together. The stroller is very light weight, and folds down to a nice compact size for transporting. This makes it easy to transfer in and out of the car, and can be stored in smaller trunk spaces as well. I love that there is a baby and parent drink tray; however, the compartments are shallow and won't hold much. It's still a nice feature, and comes in useful when the baby is having a snack. The unisex color scheme allows for extended use with multiple children, regardless of gender. While the overall appearance and fabric choices aren't of the highest quality, for the price point, the value seems solid. The car seat base is a little larger than expected, but it fits just fine in my SUV. I believe it would still fit fine in a smaller car, but I have not confirmed this yet. One big plus for this set is how lightweight it is. Overall, I am pleased with this travel system, and would recommend it to other parents. The minimal issues that I have noticed with it can easily be ignored when you consider the value of this set for the price.
