My little girl LOVES This swing,i was first bought for my youngest son and last till I had my 3rd child... it follows ur childs age.. I had a problem with the motor & called customer service they sent the part right away & works like brand new.. Great product great customer service. I would deff recomend this product & brand to any one having kids

I do have the first version of this swing. The mobile is different, and it only runs on batteries. I never had a problem with until now, i originally purchased this in 2009, and am now using it with my second child. The mobile quit working and i talked to an online agent who is sending me a replacement motor housing unit. Jealous of those who have a new one that you can plug in, because it will go thru batteries fast. Other than those two issues it's so cute and my boys have loved it. I even bought one of these "blue sky" ones for my step daughter who just had a baby in September and she loves it too. They were also so friendly/helpful getting it fixed, its nice buying products from companies who stick behind their products and go above and beyond to fix any problem that may happen.

Works well we plug it into the wall so we do not use batteries, it is not noisy baby seems to be happy in it!

I got the swing for the third child, previously used rainforest from fisher price, both are great gear to have. My son started to use it from first week and now 2 months old and 15 lbs and still enjoying. Yes I need to puch it to start swinging but then it swings until my older kids stop it to give a kiss to baby brother :) Also it runs on the same batteries since his birth and we are using everyday.

I got this swing as a gift and just loved it i loved that i could move the seat so i could my little one as i cooked or cleaned up it worked great for about 2 weeks now it wont swing the songs play but it doesn't move if baby is in it i know it's not the batteries because i had it Pluged-in but even that doesn't seem to want to work i cant use it as a seat because my 6 week old like to be on the move that is why we started using it so young at 4 weeks old im very unhappy with it

I use this as a cradle for soothing baby, getting him to nap, and quiet down time. I love the fact that it has a plug and you dont need to worry about batteries. I love the theme and colors. It is awesome that you can just swivel the chair with one hand to the position you want baby to face. It can swing in many positions. My baby is now 5 months and weighs about 19 pounds and the motor has no problem swinging him.
Suggestions: This is a cradle swing so it has no adjustable back, it keeps baby reclined. Maybe next time Fisher-Price should consider making it with an adjustable back for those babies that just want to sit up and relax in the swing. Another thing you need to read is that the mobile does not have a motor. The animals are bright and cute and sway with the motion of the swing. My baby still gazes at them and likes them but if you want a spinning light up mobile feature than you need to pay the extra fifty or so dollars for the higher end models Fisher Price has. I am completely Happy with this swing and it does what I need it to do.

Hi All- After reading your reviews I thought I'd drop in and let you know my experience. I too had troubles getting my swing going after a few months use...So I called FP's Customer Service and they send me a NEW MOTOR no questions really asked besides : What's it doing, what's the SN... I received the new Motor within 14 days...but I realized by then that my batteries (which I was just buying from superstore) were junk..once I switched to Duracell the swing went like charm! Please ensure you are using GOOD Batteries...so now I have a perfectly operating swing plus a NEW MOTOR...so It's going to last MUCH longer than I'll ever require it to....

I bought this swing when I was 7 months pregnant because it was super cute and I loved that its swing positioning could be side to side as well as back and forth. I hardly used the swing for my brand newborn because he wasn't into it much but now that he's a couple months old he likes it better...until just out of the blue- the swing doesn't swing anymore!! It hardly rocks at all and I'm very disappointed. I've tried starting at the lowest setting and trying to pick up the swing pace to see if it would get going and it just won't. I'm upset about it because he really enjoyed his time in it and with only 2 months use I'm not impressed; I expected more out of a brand new product.
