Bought this as a gift and was completely embarrassed that after spending 45 mins assembling it, it didnt work. I am upset that I spent over $120 on this for something that doesn't even turn on. We contacted the company in the manual who said we had to pay to ship it them and for cost of repair as if we broke it. Stand by your product. Will never purchase again.

I wanted to purchase a musical instrument for each of my three children this past Christmas 2012. So we purchase this Keyboard for our 9 year Elizabeth, who is smooth and very high sprit. Therefore, we thought a keyboard would help her harness her energy by making sounds of music. Elizabeth is focus and very excited to learn to play music, thus this keyboard in my opinion was a great buy for a new beginner. Elizabeth has played her keyboard ever since we have set it up in her room. In addition, the new found Entertainment has help our family to turn off the TV and have our children do sometime more constructive then sit on a couch snacking with a bag of chips and/or popcorns. Thank you.

I tried several Casio and Yamaha's from the low end of $150 to $250 price range and I found this Spectrum of good quality and great sound with more features then the $250 models

Product was a piece of junk. Cheaply made, and didn't work out of the box. Purchased online, printed out receipt, received, and gave to daughter for Christmas. Imagine how excited she was to receive it, and how sad she was when it didn't work. I tried to return to our local store ( as the receipt stated "hassle-free" returns to local store for online purchases), and they wouldn't accept it because I didn't have a packing slip. Less than a week after I purchased the item, I'm battling it out with the assistant manager of our local ToysRus to make a simple return or exchange. I had the receipt which cleared showed date of purchase, how it was paid, how much, an order number and all. Bottom line, I will never purchase from ToysRus again. Nor should you!!!!
