I was having really bad right hip pain, to the point where it was so painful to walk. Wearing this band helped redistribute the weight and lighten the load on my right hip. It didn't take away all the pain, but it helped.

i love this belt. i have spd (severe pelvic pain) and my OB recommended i get a support belt. after a bit of researching i decided to go with this one. once i put it on there was instant relief. i can still feel the pain but it is not nearly as bad. i wear it all day long. the only con i have is because i am a plus size women it kinda rolls up my back a bit but i can just put it back down. its worth the relief. i also was scared the L would be to small (for someone who was 240 prepg) but it fits fine. an XL i think would fit a bit better. the material is light weight and very strong, although you can see it through your clothes. overall i really like this product and would recommend it to anyone with pelvic or back pain.

I'm six months pregnant and I was a little worried buying this and it wouldn't fit me, I'm a size 18-20 pre-pregnancy and I had a different maternity belt from Motherhood (it was just the belt, had no strap over the top and wasn't as wide) and that one didn't fit me. So I was worried this one wouldn't fit either. And low and behold it does! And I have lots more room to grow! It helps so much with my lower back pain and really takes the weight off my back. The ONLY thing I don't like about it, is when I sit down, it kind of jabs in my belly. But I may have it on too tight or not positioned right.
But other than that, I love this belt.

At first I thought I would be very happy with this product, because being nearly 30 weeks pregnant, my belly absolutely needed support. I followed the instructions on the package, but quickly found that this belly band was not made with overweight ("large") women in mind. I weighed 240 pounds prior to becoming pregnant and wore a size 20, which is supposed to be accommodated with this size of support per the packaging. However when it is tighted to be snug, your fatty belly will roll over the top of the belt making it feel and look awkward. I am not talking about the baby belly, I am talking about the fatty belly. I found a spot on my belly, however, where I could place the belt to give me the proper support, and at the same time not create this awkward "mega muffin top." Unfortunately after wearing it for a few days I discovered another flaw... the band would roll up every time I wore it as if it were a rope instead of a belt. This was extremely uncomfortable and provides no support once rolled up. I tried many times to make it work both with and without the top belly strap, but the problems continued. I finally returned it. I think this support belt would probably be good for slimmer women, but it absolutely does not work for larger women with fatty bellies.

I HAD REALLY HORRIBLE PELVIX PAIN TO THE POINT WERE IT WAS HARD TO WALK. I WOULD WAKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT FROM PAIN JUST FROM TURNING OVER IN BED. THIS IS MY THIRD PREGNANCY (6 MONTHS PREGNANT) AND THINGS ARE A LOT MORE RELAXED. I WAS A SIZE 16 PREPREGNANCY SO I WENT WITH THE LARGE BECAUSE I KNEW I WOULD GROW. THE FIRST DAY I WORE IT, IT WAS A BIT UNCOMFORTABLE HAVING SOMETHING AROUND YOUR BELLY. THE SECOND DAY WAS EASIER AND NOW IM ON MY THIRD DAY AND HARDLY NOTICE ITS THERE. EVERYBODY IS DIFFERENT SO YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS ON THE POSITION TO WERE YOU ARE COMFORTABLE, BUT ONCE YOU FIND IT YOU WILL BE GLAD. I STILL HAVE PAIN IN PELVIX AREA, BUTS ABOUT 75% LESS THAN NOT WEARING IT. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT. IT REALLY DOES HELP WITH PAIN. YOU JUST HAVE TO FIND THE RIGHT SPOT AND GET USE TO IT. IT DOES ROLL DOWN BUT THE SUPPORT IS STILL THERE. ITS MADE OF FABRIC SO I KNEW THERE WOULD BE COME ROLLING. ITS A BIT ITCHY ON SKIN. I WEAR A TANK TOP UNDER MINE AND IT DOESNT ITCH NOW. MAKE SURE ITS NOT TO TIGHT OR YOU WILL BE VERY UNCOMFORABLE. IF YOU ARE STANDING UP ALOT YOU WANT IT TIGHTER THAN YOU WOULD IF YOUR SEATING DOWN ALL DAY. THE FIRST DAY I HAD TO ADJUST IT ALOT TO FIND THE RIGHT POSITION SO STAY WITH IT AND YOU WONT BE DISSAPOINTED.

I bought this about a week ago when I was having sharp pains on the bottom of my belly and pelvis. It helped as soon as I put it on. It's comfortable when standing, a little awkward when sitting, but not bad. I would definatly suggest this for anyone having aches and pains from your growing belly. It does show some through thin clothing, but not if I wear a cami over it. I wear it when I'm going to be on my feet and it feels great when I go for long walks.

I am only 5'2", in my 32nd week, belly is already big (compared to my last pregnancy). Was having really bad low back pain at the end of the day, and this product has resolved that. I am also having pretty bad pelvic bone pain, which this is less helpful for, but a bit. I wear a Bella Band under it, and that is perfect. I do not have to use the strap above the belly.

I love this! I am a bigger mom with a bad back. A few years ago I had back surgery,which left me with a numb leg with pretty significant pain at times. I started wearing this support a few weeks ago and it has been heavenly! I was concerned about it being bulky under my clothes, but so far no one has noticed. Definitely worth the money!

I am a plus size girl, usually a 2-3x so my growing belly is putting unusal strain on me. This band really helps when I walk around. Sorta painful when sitting though. But overall worth it

I'm 7 months pregnant standing on concrete for 10 hours, 5 days a week, with only a half an hour break, and it was getting to a point where my back and stomach muscles were aching badly by the end of my work day. This did the trick! I've only been wearing it for 2 days and notice a huge difference! After getting off work tonight, I took off the belt before I got into my car to go home and thought to myself "Wow, I'm not wincing while bending down to get in my car!" AND I didn't even take a break today! Needless to say, I definitely think it's worth the money! Some people complain about it itching, I haven't had this problem, although I wear mine over a tank/cami. I have not had any problems with it bunching or sliding up/down, it stays right where I put it. Trust me! This is a life saver!
