This aspirator has no suction strength. It doesn't reinflate quickly enough after depressed to get anything out of the baby's nose or mouth. My baby has reflux and would spit up a lot and this product was useless. I found myself running around the house looking for the aspirator we brought home from the hospital. We've bought several brands and nothing compares to the hospital grade one. My advice, ask for an extra one at the hospital before you bring your baby home, they're the best.

Absolutely worthless. I lost the aspirator that they sent me home with from the hospital so I bought this one. As the others have said it doesn't do jack in helping to clear my baby's nose. The plastic is so thick I practically have to press it down with both hands and even when you do that and let go it doesn't get anything out because it sucks in too slowly. Even her father who can squeeze it much more easily than I can, can't get anything. Such a waste of money.

The rubber is so stiff you cant even suck anything out with this. Wish i wouldnt have wasted my money....cant even clear the boogers out of my sons nose. Back to the store we go!

The tip is way too big for a newborns nose and it does not suck anything up anyways.

The tip is way too big for my newborn's sall nostrils, even if holding up the tip of his nose. Plastic is too thick to compress and get a good suction. Wish I would have just brought home the aspirator from the hospital.

This product looks like a typical bulb aspirator, but it is difficult to get a strong suction. It appears that the plastic is thicker than other aspirators, so it's difficult to compress. When you get it compressed, it collaspes completely, which renders it useless while your infant is crying. I would not recommend this product!

This bulb is so stiff and hard to squeeze that I can't work it fast enough to get mucus out of squirmy baby. Not good! Size is small and good for newborn but overall I would not recommend it.

I bought several of these to have around the house and in my 1 month old's carseat. I use them when she spits up to help remove the excess spit up and saliva in her mouth.

This aspirator works perfect for this function, the only reason I didn't give it a higher rating is because it is hard to push in to get the air out prior to using it.

That said, I would buy another one if I needed it.
