It was disappointing to order this kayak and have it delivered without the paddle or the drain plug and a big gouge in the plastic.

The kayak is really easy to use - both my children (6 and 9) have one now and they both love it! it's easy to learn how to maneuver, jump out, climb back in. My oldest one has more difficulty climbing back in tho'.
...and they fit perfectly inside the back of my minivan, so no need to latch them on the roof!

Item never arrived was lost at a fed ex site. Toys r us customer service was horrible, pushed the loss to fed Ex which swamped me with claim forms and then wanted me to file with toys r us who after 4 requests with customer service hasn't had a manager call me back. Item is still missing and I'm fighting for a full refund and a loss before christmas. Horrible site, horrible shipping costs, horrible customer service.
