We purchased the helicopter online and it came without operating instructions. I made several calls to Toys R Us for help either getting the number of the company who makes the helicopter or a web site where I could find this information. Every time I call I get the same answer. "It is not our responsibility if the item came without instructions. Contact the manufacturer or check on google. Many items now come without instructions." They didn't have a problem charging my credit card when I purchased this item, but now I'm not able to get any help from them. I will no longer be shopping at Toys R us.

I read the neg. reviews and still bought this toy , Got to say this is a great toy had no problems with it easy to control and fly only down side is flight time to charge time isn't that great but still loved it my kids loved as well FUN FUN FUN! PERIOD

Motors owuld not work, it would not fly, no further items in stock. Will buy a better product elsewhere and return this one.

All my son wanted for Christmas was a Helicopter so my brother bought it for him ! he was so excited ! we tried it out inside the house once and it worked but bec of the weather in boston, he didn't get to play with it. I put it back in the box and put it away until now . well the thing just would not fly! and now we are stuck with it and my brother wasted that much money on this lousy thing! and my poor son was soooooo disappointed ! :(

Cant get remote to work right, when i got it to fly it was very touchy and hard to control

This is the first RC helicoper I've purchased. It caught both my daughter and my eye at ToyRus and bought it. I had a little trouble trying to get it off the ground, but on the other hand my daughter age 6 was able to get it to fly and hover very close to the ground or approxiatly up to 10-15ft in the air (outside). She is even able to control the direction it flys. However I'm still working on the skill. I will agree with others it is a little hard to get the unit to go the direction you want I guess unless your age 6. Other than that I'm happy with my [$]purchase.

The first one I purchased for my son was defective out of the box and wouldn't fly at all.
Took it back and waited a week to get a new on via UPS since there were no others in the store. This one flew but was uncontrollable. So, I took that one to the store and got my money back. All the reviews on this thing are very negative and I wish I had read them prior to purchasing the copter. Do yourself a favor and leave this one alone.

As a gift for myself, I selected this product with hopes of higher quality. I understand the FCC regulations but it is common that the chopper would act out like it was receiving outside signals. I tried flying at several different locations but continued to have this issue. As a result, I had several hard landings including a complete fall out of the sky. Eventually, one of the rotor drive gears lost a tooth and began to slip. I noticed that the gear was no longer aligned to the drive motor either.

It took three tries to find a decent one and after the first flight the remote wouldn't work correctly. Have to squeeze the remote to get the helicopter to fly.
