I purchased this doll for my grand daughther because my friend is always saying I should get her dolls that look like us. But this is just another disappointment! Not all AA are dark dark black! We come in many beautiful shades, eye color, and hair types! The designers need to remember that. My hair color is brown #2, my eyes are dark blue, my skin-tone is carmel, and my hair texture is medium, not curly or course! I should have purchased Hispanic.

My granddaugther requested that she would like to have a choclate Baby Alive...I purchased one online and had her dad pick it up. When she recieved the doll she immediately gave her a name and feed her dinner. She ate, brushed her teeth, and change her diaper, now my granddaughter thinks that she is a real mommie cause she looks and acts really real. By the way her name for the doll is Kayla. Thanks Baby Alive Team.
