These are the perfect blanket for swaddling baby. I absolutely love these, my baby cannot kick off this blanket, and it is plenty large to wrap around him tightly. It is thin, so he won't get too hot, so it is also perfect to use in the summer.

I love these! For those who don't know, they're basically large thin baby blankets. I recommend you learn to swaddle with ordinary flat fabric like this - that way you can swaddle even if you don't have your velcro swaddlers with you - but these are ideal for swaddling because they've got stretch.

Even if you don't swaddle, they are perfect as a sun shade in the car seat, to absorb drool or a little spitup, or as a light blanket for naps on hot summer days.

One of my favorite uses for them is discreet nursing in public. Imagine the dead of summer, you're already hot, then you've got the baby's body heat and a blanket on top for privacy! These are lightweight and breathable, which is a huge releif!

They're so soft and made of natural fibers, which I love. I just throw mine in the washer with baby clothes and dry them in the dryer - they are no worse for the wear! They are a cute and gender neutral design, to top it off. Can't go wrong with these!

Our little guy was born in the summer so we needed a lightweight blanket, this was perfect. We use one of these blankets DAILY. The lightweight material breathes while keeping him warm but not too hot. He loves being swaddled in these blankets. I wish I would have registered for more! I wish they came in adult size :) I saw other blankets like this by other brands that cost $20 for one blanket so this 3-pack is a good value.

I think these are a much better value than the similar A&A altho I haven't used that brand. I bought these for summer swaddling and for sun covers for the car seat and I wish I had bought them sooner! My daughter is 4 months now and has outgrown the regular sized receiving blankets - these are a GREAT size for bigger babies and are much better for the hot summer - even in Phoenix. I disagree that they shrink and I love the fabric - not super soft, but not scratchy either. My daughter has started to need to be swaddled to fall asleep because she startles herself awake and these really work great for that. I bought the green ones and think they are cute. Am definitely going to buy some for my sister who is due in August.

designs were cute. Shrank to much smaller than 44x44". Not as soft and airy as i thought they'd be. Thought I was being frugal and wise by buying these vs the Aden anais ones. Wound up being pretty disappointed and getting the Aden anais ones too.

I have a 10 month old baby boy who has long since outgrown the swaddling phase. Yet, I purchased these because they are large enough to tie to the side of the stroller to cover his legs from the sun. They are light weight and don't bother him to be draped over. I highly suggest these for a baby of any size!

My baby's out grown my hand size to be able to hold him when I lul him to sleep & lay him in the crib. His little arms would flop down and wake him up on the way down. This is the perfect Rx without being too hot for summer. Also it helps him feel nice and snug in bed without having the startling sound of velcro to wake him.
