These are great blankets. They are larger then the average receiving blankets and wrap easier. I don't feel that they loose their shape and they clean up well. Will be buying more. Sure they are not aden & anais, but they are still well made.

Muslin blankets are so great for swaddling & are super soft. The Summer Infant brand blankets come out of the dryer more wrinkled than the aden & anais blankets I have. They lose their perfectly square shape which makes getting them ready for a swaddle (in the middle of the night, in the dark, with one hand) a little harder than if they had retained their shape. I had fallen in love with my set of a&a blankets & was so excited to have found this 3 pack for less $$ per blanket. I still use the Summer Infant ones to cover the car seat when carrying out in public, etc but will use the a&a's for swaddling. Wish I'd just spent the few extra dollars & had a 2nd set of a&a.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
