this toy, stopped working with in an hour of having it the legs stopped working and you could hear them click click trying to work. The website is not helpful it offers no help whats so ever. In order to contact someone you have to write a letter they do not even have an email address.

We bought this dog for our 3 y.o. daughter. She was so thrilled to have a puppy walking next to her! But the toy is way too slow, very difficult to handle-it changes direction as you swing the handle-but it's hard to steer the dog in the right direction. It also walks only on very smooth surface-even on very thin carpet it stops and makes loud noises-the motor on the legs is too weak to keep it moving. If you take the dog for the "outside adventure" as advertised, it has trouble walking and its paws get dirty-removable, washable paw protectors would be nice.
And it barks only when leash attached and legs moving.
My daughter likes it though, for now, she even took the dog to bed with her :) But, for all the above things, I think she will get bored and annoyed with the toy pretty soon.

Bought this for my 4yr old. It is cute as can be, the leash lights up puppy is adorable. The only drawback it is way to slow. The puppy barely moves as it walks tried different batteries but no difference it is just slow. Would be really cute if she was much younger say 1yr old. She bored of it easily as she walks ahead of it.
