This is a terrible gift do not give it too any one I got this as a gift and it stinks and toysrus won't let me return it what a bust definatly do not get too small and the keys are impossible to work with it also takes like 1 hour to load stuff definatly getting an Ipod touch this year

I bought two of these for my daughters for Christmas and they were a waste of my money. It was so small you could not work with it. When i tried to set it up it would do something else that I did not want. It was not friendly user.

All this device does is download music. Period.
It does not access games at all. I tried to contact the manufacturer with no luck. They do not answer back. Toysrus doesn't care either. If the product is opened, you're out of luck. Do not buy anything from this company. They just want your money!

This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my husband and as soon as he tried to use it the tablet gave him all sorts of problems. The touch screen effect has a horrible tact you have to press hard on the screen to do anything. The worst art foot was that the marketplace for adding and downloading apps didn't "exist" even though that was a feature listed on the box and an icon on the tablet. My husband is a genius with computers and anything electronic so it's not a matter of him not knowing how to work the product... The Archos tablet is just a BAD product and Toys R Us did nothing to help with the return they made it impossible and I will never shop there again

Horrible! 100% regret purchasing this product. It is so hard to use and the screen is very small. I originally purchased it for my daughter so she would leave my phone alone but fail.

The store was out of stock so i had to buy it online. When it arrived I opened it to check it out and down load some songs for my oldest xmas gift. The head phones would not work so i got a new pair and they would work with it, so the ear jack port did not work. It would not connect to out wi-fi, i finally gave up and took it back.

This device did not work. Hard to use the keyboard, even tried using a stylis. Won't download anything. Very disappointing, especially since Toys R Us refused to give a refund. Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. They should quit selling a product that obviously is junk.

When trying to registar product it keep saying that it was already registared. Then the typing was awful the wrong letters keep coming up. Could not even go to the andriod market with the WiFi up and running.

Tried to return to Toys rus with the receipt they would only give you the same item or a gift card for a product that does not work correctly.

This has been an awful experience for a 5 year old child who now has no Christmas gift.

I bought this device as a Christmas present for my 10 year old sin, so I wasn't expecting much from it. A little music, and a couple games. This device couldn't even get past the initial configuration without issue. During the touch screen calibration, you had to practically have your finger on the side of the device to register a click on the edge of the screen (about .25 inches from the target). While it doesn't sound like much, on a screen this small, it makes typing near impossible. You hit the A key, and get an S.

At this point I thought to myself "he has small fingers... Maybe it will work better for him.". I continued.

I had to go through the WiFi setup 12 times before it finally connected. At this point I was getting upset.

Then, I wanted to load Angry Birds for him. Connecting to the app store was a nightmare. Molasses moves quicker than this device. After about 10 minutes to download, it began installing. The installation took another 10 minutes. As I tried to open Angry Birds, the device overheated and locked up. I had to do a hard reset to get it to come back to life. I tried again. This time the device didn't freeze, but Angry Birds would never see the light of day. Every attempt to open the app resulted in unexpected errors, and a force close.

The worst part.... Toys R Us dies not allow returns on opened electronics. Only an exchange for the exact same product. One which I never want to see again.

To give you an idea of my technical knowledge, I am a computer programmer, database administrator, and network administrator. I have also owned 5 Android phones, and a real tablet, and have loved all of them.
