we've had this carseat for over a year. We love it. My daughter is comfortable and it is a nice looking car seat. It is a heavy car seat, says its lightweight, but i have a hard time carrying it. And since the fabric is so light, it stains pretty easy. But out of all the cons, the safety factor wins out. I love this car seat, it does not move at all in my backseat and i feel very at ease while my daughter is in it. One of the best parts is that it can go from car to car without a base (dont get me wrong, the base is wonderful), but when you must put her carseat in another car, you don't need to bring the base with. Very easy installation. Works wonderfully for smaller babies and my daughter is a big girl and when you remove the pads, works great for bigger babies too. I would definately recommend this to anyone who's looking.

I received this from UPS very quickly and was really excited about our new carseat. However, right out of the box, we could not remove the seat from the base. The release latch would not release, and then the handle seemed to get stuck and jammed. Very disappointed. Called to return it today, and we ordered a Graco carseat instead.

Haven't used this car seat. Baby us due in 5 months. My 7 month old fits in this seat comfortable. Some reviews say it is hard to get out of base id say itvone of the easiest seats to release from the base. Fabic is gender neutral and very soft. The newborn support is super padded looks like its going to work great until the baby can support it's self.

I am expecting twins late this summer and got a great deal on the Baby Trend Snap and Go. After endless research on infant carriers, I felt like I wasn't making any progress. Unimpressed with the fabric (the feel and design) of all available options in the store for the brands I thought that I was limited to something about this seat caught my eye. It was on sale but the softness of the fabric is just what I was looking for. Much to my surprise, after purchasing two of the seats to take home to try on the Snap and Go-I was tickled pink that after adjusting the bars, they both fit and there's more leg room for the back baby than with some of the brands that were recommended!

I can't wait to see how easy it is to install in my van and how comfortable my little ones will be in them!

This car seat is good for infants because of the special padding in the seat. It holds a very small child in place to be well buckled in.

Being a first time mom and going through several reviews and rating on car seat, I feel in love with the Summer Infant Prodigy products. The car seat was exactly what I wanted and the style is beautiful and elegant, fir for a boy or a girl. This car seat is light weight and fully loaded.

With all the extras that some with the Summer Infant Prodigy products, there no need to add anything else but the infant and a blanket to this wonderful set to make it comfortable.

This car seat fit perfect in the family car. If you follow the directions on how to install it into the actual seat...its simple. It tells you if it needs adjusting to the seat and if its properly installed. All the padding was nessasary when taking our new baby home due to low birth weight so this seat really was perfect. The visor doesn't come down as far as I would like to cover him up but other than that its great!! Little pricey but definately worth it.

After seeing this car seat on display Babies R Us we decided to go with this one over the one that we had registered for. This is by far the best car seat. It took only minutes to install. It has a great system to let you know that it is installed correctly. When we brought home our new little one he seemed to love it. His head did not move around like it other care seats, and he seemed to be comfy. I would recommend this to all my friends and family.

We bought this seat (which is actually more tan/grey vs. the pink/grey that pictures show) over the Baby Trend Flex Loc, primarily because of the gender neutrality for subsequent babies. Almost everything else is "comparable"... UNTIL....

We actually installed the seat this weekend! It's got seat belt style releases on the latch clips, so it's a breeze to install AND remove, and the digital system made it so easy to know that we had done it all correctly. It's seeming like a far superior product right now just because of that. Can't wait to see how little one likes it!
