The Peg Perego Primo Viaggio SIP 30-30 provides on-the-go safety and comfort for your little one. The quick-release five-point safety harness with shoulder pads and a fail-safe buckle keeps your baby secure, while the adjustable side impact protection is easily adjustable to five vertical positions. The headrest and padding are made from soft Comfort Dry microfiber cloth that stays dry and allows proper ventilation to keep your baby cool and comfortable, while a special removable cushion provides your newborn with extra support. The seat can be used with the Latch system or with the vehicle seat belt and attaches easily to Peg Perego strollers for a convenient travel system. The adjustable handle features a rubber grip for ease of use, while the adjustable hood protects your baby from the sun and elements during transport.

Features
Quick-release five-point harness
The quick-release five-point safety harness with shoulder pads and a fail-safe buckle keeps your baby secure. The adjustable side impact protection is easy to adjust in five vertical positions.
Comfort Dry microfiber
The headrest and padding are made from soft Comfort Dry microfiber cloth. The cloth stays dry and allows proper ventilation to keep your baby cool and comfortable. The seat includes a special removable cushion to provide your newborn with extra support.
Latch system
The seat can be used with or without the Latch base system and includes one secure Latch system base (additional bases sold separately). Fasten the seat with the vehicle seat belt or with the Latch system base and let the indicator level show the correct installation angle.
Travel System compatible
The seat attaches easily to Peg Perego strollers to form a convenient travel system. The adjustable handle features a rubber grip for ease of use, while the adjustable hood protects your baby from the sun and elements during transport.

The seat newly designed for babies up to 30 pounds or 30 inches has an exclusive Comfort Dry pad designed to keep baby safe and dry. The extra wide safety padded wings add even more protection to baby's head. Parents can use the Primo Viaggio SIP with or without the base and it is safety tested for use in automobiles as well as airplanes. The seat locks into the base of most Peg Perego strollers and is available to match every new Peg Perego stroller collection. This seat is easy to use with one hand adjustment of the 5 point restraint belt system as well as an all new quick release buckle. The Primo Viaggio also offers a one hand release from the base or stroller. The hood and the handle are both adjustable. Peg Perego's Primo Viaggio meets all NHTSA standards.

Car seat has good head support compared to other car seats out there. Lots of padding. Sturdy car seat. Very sturdy and solid base when installed properly. Easy and quick to install and remove. Difficult to unlock handle and change positions due to design. Cons: Very heavy car seat. My 6 month old is 13 lbs and I can barely carry the seat while she is in it. Also she does not like that she can only see forward due to head support. Overall safe and sturdy car seat and base. I pick safety over comfort and convenience.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    Love it what more can I say my newborn son is so safe in it and it has heaps of padding its very well made easy to use goes great with the peg perego switch stroller love the color not too heavy when you have the baby in it very stylish just love the peg perego product its worth the money very comfortable can wait for the new infant seat to come out in summer it comes in the same color
