I GOT THIS HIGH CHAIR FOR MY DAUGHTER. I DIDNT USE IT YET, BUT LOOKS VERY NICE!!!! THIS IS MADE IN ITAILY. THE RED COLOR IS A BIT DARKER THEN ON THE PICTURE. BUT VERY NICE!!!!

This is a beautiful high chair. It also has a nice large tray and dishwasher tray insert too. Other than that, there isn't anything great about it. My husband and I got this highchair for our daughter when she was four months old. I was excited to get it until I used it more. I will admit that my daughter is on the small side( she is in the 10th percentile for height for her age) but even at one year old, the tray is just now at an ergonomic level for her. I didn't use the tray until she hit the ten month mark when she was feeding herself, simply because the tray was much too high for her. The tray insert says its dishwasher safe, although I wouldn't know because it is much too large to fit into our dishwasher! The chair itself is a nightmare to clean. There are too many cracks and crevices that food gets into. I wipe down the chair after every feeding, but I am not able to get the food out of all the tiny crevices where the chair is put together at; this requires a bottle brush and toothpicks. If I'm feeling up to it, I bust out the toolbox for a mini flat head to pry up the highchair pieces to throghoughly clean under every nook and cranny. I also hate that the chair cover isn't washing machine safe. I have a self-feeding one year old, and (we all know how messy that can be!)I would love to be able to give the cover a good wash every week, despite the mop down after every meal. This chair is not worth the time, or the money. I will not be using this chair for subsequent children.

Love love this high chair. I have to say I have really been trying to stay away from things made in China and pay the extra price and I see why Peg Perego costs more money, because it is WORTH IT. Beautiful high chairm the quality of the leather is amazing and it looks like a nice piece of furniture in my kitchen. Love it.

I love the look of this highchair. You can definitely tell this is very well made from high quality materials. I would have given this 5 stars if the tray didn't stick when trying to re-insert it to the chair. Overall, I would definitely recommend this chair as it will last through multiple children.

Its such awesome product its padded and made very well love the color have the stroller and infant seat cant wait for the new car seats to come out in the same color you dont have to put it together cause its already to go my son just loves it peg perego is the way to go such a well made product

Just received the high chair and could not wait to use it. I love, love this highchair.

Advantages:
* Absolutely love the leather like material-so easy to clean

* The legs of the chair are made of a heavy steel not plastic as most use now.

* Very comfy-generously padded.

* Safety belts (look a bit over the top but better to be safe than sorry I say)

* Rolls very nicely

* Folds in half for storage

* Comes assembled---Thanks goodness!!

Disadvantages I have come across:

* the tray does stick--but I will try what the other review has said-perhaps it is user error.

* my son at 8 months old still seems a little short in it. His arms do not rest comfortable yet but he also does not seem uncomfortable.

All in all this high chair is definately worth the money. This chair would last from child to child. It's a keeper for me.

I got this high chair for my 4 month old daughter.
The cushion is very thick and soft.
The leather-like material is very easy to clean by wiping it.
The heights are easy to change.
The wheels are gliding without making a sound on my tile and wood floors.
The table is high, but this is not a concern, since by the time the baby will be old enough to feed herself, the height should be comfortable.
What I like about this specific color is that straps are dark and don't get stained.
I read that some customers have complained about the "sticky" tray. I contacted Peg Perego, who explained to me, that the tray gets sticky if removed incorrectly. The key is to press and hold the removal button down hard the entire time while removing the tray, while holding your foot on the front panel of the chair (so it does not slide). In this case the tray glides with no problems.
Another complaint I read about this chair is the big distance between the child and the tray, which allows for food to fall down. Yes, there is a big gap, however, I do not see this as a problem, since the child grows, and the gap becomes smaller and smaller. And if the chair is in upright position, the gap is not big at all (my 4 month old is photographed while the chair is in the 1st recline position).
My baby loves sitting in this chair and watch me to do housework. She seems very comfortable in it (unlike in Fisher-Price space saver high chair, which she could seat for no more than 5 minutes before starting to fuss).
Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase. The high chair looks very stylish and is very comfortable.
