    This item is great. Put it together with my 4 year old on Christmas. Lego always has great instructions, my son can follow on his own and pretty much put together by himself. Love the moving and interactive parts!

      The lego set is great...I know my son is going to love it. My only complaint is that three of the four items I ordered from Toys R Us were backordered despite showing online as available. It just added a little stress to an already stressful holiday season. All items eventually showed up, but I would have been better served just picking them up at a store instead.

        Great toy to build with a parent. Most of the shuttle is sturdy enough for my son who breaks Legos easily. There are two flaps on the back of the shuttle's wings that constantly get broken off but they don't affect the overall look of the shuttle so we are leaving them off for now. I like that the bay doors open, shuttle has a retractable arm, separate telescope, and special space gear for the astronaut included with the set.

                    Because Legos are very expensive I always do a lot of research before I buy them for my son.

                    The space ship is very big for a Lego set so price-wise it is worth it. It always helps to check out if your Toysrus has displays before you, ours did and I was very impressed!
