I bought this thinking it was quite a bit larger then it actually is. For the price it isn't worth it. The function of the hanging toys seems as though they would hit baby in the face once he can push himself up. This is a cute tummy time mat but i would just rather put a blanket down for how the whole thing functions.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Absolutely love this product! I hesitated to buy this product because of the price. I almost purchased a cheaper version of a baby gym (bright star), but the reviews of both products convinced me to spring for the skip hop gym. I do not regret it. I, like most who reviewed the product, was originally attracted to the stylish design, but was convinced to pay the extra money for quality and durability. I purchased the gym for my two month old, who is now three months. She has loved the gym since day one! I also love to watch her explore it! Two bonuses: it is easy to wash and dries quickly and you can use as a wall hanging or fun toy in a fort when your child gets older. It is also durable enough to use for a second child.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

This toy is awesome! My friends purchased this for my baby girl and I am usually opposed to too many big toys (we live in a small apartment) but this is easy to fold up and store away when not in use. However we usually just keep it out because the colors are not obnoxious like other similar toys I have seen. My baby loves it too. Very entertaining. Some of the birds are rattles and we will be using them as stroller toys as well. Great quality. It is more expensive than others but is worth it! The cutest I've seen of its kind.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
