Tires are horrible! We always store this out of the sun, but w/in a month, both tires were flat (and not from being used too much), so we replaced the tubes and in 2 days, they were flat again. We've tried using the green goop tire stuff, called the manufacturer and they sent us 2 new tubes and tires and they went flat again w/in a month... just can't keep them aired up!

We were looking for a bike for my 10 year old daughter. She saw one online at ToysRus, so we ordered it. It did come within a week of ordering it. When my husband put it together he noticed both wheels were bent and couldn't be ridden. [...] I also ordered another bike. That one came within a week also and had the same problem. [...]

We bought this bike online for my daughter's 9th birthday. Our main reason for buying it was the color--most girls' bikes are pink or purple and she doesn't like those colors anymore. We wanted a good, sturdy bike in teal. We were a bit concerned because we weren't able to find it in a store to actually see it before purchasing it. We called our local Toys R Us and they informed us that they could assemble it for us and we could return it there if we were unhappy with it. We gave it to her yesterday and she rode it around the street for awhile. It is cold in PA in January, so she didn't ride it for too long. So far, she loves it, we love it. It's a great size for her. She is a tall 9-year old and she can just touch the ground with the seat in the lowest position, so there is room to grow. The brakes and gears are easy for her to operate. The color is great, the design is very attractive. She loves the black wheels. So far, we have no complaints. Hopefully, none will follow.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
