Well the first bike I ordered it was quit the experence. The bike showed up and the box looked like it had been thru World War 8. So after opening the box I was right, the front tire and peddles were not in the box. WoW was all I could say. The bad part was it was a Birthday gift for my daughter who I get everyother weekend so we had to wait another two weeks for a bike to come. Tes the next one was a good bike and all the parts were there. She rode for the first time last weekend and all went well.

Assembled in less than 15 minutes. One issue to note. If your child is just barely tall enough for a 20" bike, you can not drop the seat all the way down as the seat stem hits the rear shock absorber and frame. Had to cut down the the seat stem by 2 inches. You can buy shorter seat stems.
