Thought it would actually splash water or "swim" by moving feet because they appear to do so but it does neither. Only says phrases like "put me in the water"

Thankfully I was given this toy for my daughter when she was a few months old. I placed the chicks on the back and it floats but doesn't do much more than that. The feet spin (no clue why) and it says a few phrases but in general is a WASTE OF MONEY! If it actually moved by flipping its feet I think it would be better... along with "singing" longer. My daughter enjoys splashing the water with her hands more than playing with this junk.

I bought this toy in the hopes that it would be entertaining for our then 1 year old. I'm not sure how it's supposed to work but what we found was that the duck does not float or do anything fun or entertaining. It's costly and takes batteries. Not worth it. Better off sticking to the simple toys like boats, balls and fish.

This is a very boring toy! It says the same 2 or 3 phrases over and over. It doesn't even do anything, it just sits there. My son doesn't even aknowledge it in the bath tub.

I noticed alot of people saying this toy doesn't float....the 3 ducks attach to it which keeps it afloat. had no problem hearing the music and we've used it several times.the music does end quickly so you do have to keep pushing the button. my son seems to enjoy it overall...and for the record,we own alot of v-tech toys and love them.

This gets an A for appearance and that's about it. The name is misleading as it implies more than one song will be sung. It has several phrases but only play when you hit the button. My 6 m/o daughter is very excited in the bath and I have to keep both hands on her. It would be nice if this toy had a mode for continuous play. The three little ducks on the back are detachable, however if you take them off the duck does not float properly. For a company like V-Tech they could have done soooooo much better with this product! I would not recommend this for anyone.

The duck was difficult to remove from the packaging. It's a heavier toy, so my daughter (1 year) has a difficult time lifting it to play with out of the water. In the water, I assumed it would "swim" since it says it does (the duck actually says "let's swim!), but it doesn't do anything. It's feet rotate, so I'm not sure if it was supposed to...but anyway, it plays music but only when buttons are pushed. The packaging says it has a water sensor and knows when it's in water...I don't believe that's true!
Wouldn't bother wasting money on this!

I spent more time getting it out of the package than it did in the tub. He dunked the duck once. That was all it took to quit working.

This toy doesnt do anything that the box says it does. Very big disappointment. It never vibrates all it does is say like 3 phrases over and over. My 6 month old daughter played with it for like the first 2 mins then got bored very fast.
