I absolutely love this sun shade. I purchased one for my 1 year old son a year ago and it works perfectly. I have read the complaints that it does not give enough protection on the sides, but I or now my son, since he is old enough simply pull it forward just a bit when the sun is at an angle that it normally would not cover. I have a Britax Boulevard 70 CS and I place the shade strap behind the head rest piece so that it fits well. I just purchased another one for my 4 month old for his BB70CS, so he can use it while he is rear facing. I do see how the clasp can be an issue because in order for the cover to work properly, the strap needs to be pinched behind the seat, but putting it behind the headrest on the BB seems to work just fine.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Needs to be redesigned. The concept is good but doesn't stay far enough forward to provide any shade. Needs more than 2 clips as well. Four clips might work but 2 just don't cut it. I fought with this thing for months before I gave up. Not worth the money as it is.
