I bought this RC car for my nephew for his 6th birthday. He loves the way this car goes so much faster than a lot of other RC cars that he's had and the way the eyes move. I loved the price and the durability as well as the remote being so easy for him to handle. I've purchased other RC cars for him that came with complicated controls that he had a lot of problems with.

The down side is that it lost its beautiful finish the first time he took it outside to play with it. It isn't shiny anymore which is kind of a bumber, but overall he's still happy with it.

I bought two for my sons for Christmas and now only one child at a time can play with them because one controller will control both cars at the same time. Now try explaining to a 3 and 4 year old that only one can play at a time when they have been talking about these ever since the commercials can out!

Such a fun toy. We bought Mater and Lightning for our son for Christmas. Of cites we had to test them out to make sure they were fun. The only CON I have us that it is a royal pain to get them out of the box. If you are giving thus as a gift I highly recommend opening it ahead if time and getting it all ready. Make sure you have a mini screw driver handy. But, once they're out it is so fun. They are equally fast, and run well on carpet and a hard floor. Also, they are not as flimsy as I thought they'd be, very sturdy and easy to control. My son is going to love these.
