I chose this pacifier because I love the Tommee Tippee bottles. I also liked the fact that it was a basic clear pacifier without all the cartoonish pictures. Unfortunately, the pacifiers did not live up to my expectations. As stated by other reviewers the plastic piece was too large for my baby's face causing it to hit her nose and she seemed to struggle with sucking on the nipple. Both of these issues made it difficult to keep the pacifier in her mouth. Still love the brand just not this specific item.

I love these pacifiers. My son was 7 lbs 11 oz and he never had any issues with these pacifiers covering his nose nor causing breathing issues. A baby knows to release the pacifier from their mouth when they can't breathe. This is why a mother will press their baby's face against the breast to remove a baby who is latched incorrectly or biting while breast feeding. It is a natural instinct. Babies suffocate when clothing/bedding covers their faces because they do not have the ability to remove the item on their own, this is why they thrash and cry. Babies who sleep on their stomachs may suffocate because of the lack of oxygen flow against the mattress, which they are breathing in the co2 they exhale instead of fresh oxygen. A baby placed on their stomach with a pacifier always has a higher chance of suffocating because they do not have the ability to fully express the pacifier from their mouth. Your child has a higher chance of suffocating on a pacifier if the nipple is damaged or broken because a piece of it can become logged in the airway. Every pacifier has the potential to wear out or break like this. It is a recognized liability.

It's really frustrating when mothers do not try and educate themselves to the best of their abilities on the products they want to use and the care of their children. Read a book once in a while, please.

This is the only paci brand my son ever took, after Nook stopped making the Genius Pacifiers. My son is breastfed and had NO PROBLEM using these. If a baby's nose is covered using these, hold on to the paci, try another style they make and eventually, the baby's face will grow:)

Got really excited when I saw these and bought 2 sets. I liked the look of the design, but once my son started to use them I noticed that it was a poor design. The plastic is way too big and covers his nose. I bought the set for new borns and 0-3 months and both sets cover his nose. He can't use them and I can't return them. Money down the drain. Manufacturer should really pay attention to how the plastic affects babies of all sizes and mouth distance from nose. My son is around 9 lbs and it still covers his nose.

I am obsessed with the Tommee Tippee brand bottles, and since my son of 8weeks is breastfed, i didnt want to give him a Pacifier as i was afraid he would want it all the time, But when he was 3weeks old he would over eat from wanting to suckk for comfert that he would actually throw up.

He hates theses, although the nipple is shorter then most, and seems very durable like all tommee tippee brands, the nipple is shaped so oddly it gags him. such a waste of money. i wish tommee tippee would make a Pacifier more like a nipple for breastfed babies.

i have been thru so many different pacis and my baby girl loves the nipple of this paci but the plastic part covers her nose and i am terrified to give this to her at night because i am afraid she will suffocate or something. they need to take some of the plastic away from near the nose and it would be perfect.

I tried about 6 different kinds of pacifiers before and this is the only one my son will take! now i have multiple in different colors. also i love how it comes in a case u can carry them in and sterilize them in it as well

I love this Pacifier and so does my son. The only complaint that I have is this color or lack of, is impossible to find in the middle of the night. My son always lost his while he was sleeping would wake up crying because he needed a pacifier. When I would go into his room to give it to him, it was almost impossible to find with the lights off.

Tommee Tippee Pacifiers are amazing and the only ones my son will use, but make sure you get a colored one.

Our baby girl is a thumb sucker. We had such a hard time getting her to take a paci instead. That is until we tried the tommy tippy pacifiers. This is the only one she'll take! LOVE THEM!!

I love the Tommee Tippee brand but this pacifier is the worst one ever. It simply is not the right fit for a New born. The plastic part presses over the nose and it gets in the way. There is way to much plastic between the nipple of the pacifier and the top. The my little girl could not use it so it just went where it belongs in the trash.

Plus wanter gets trapped in the center part of the plastic when washed.
