Burt's Bees Tear Free Shampoo & Wash is just one step to a fuss-free bath. This all-in-one wash is a natural, tear-free formula that combines gentle cleansers from coconut and sunflower oils with enriching soy protein to create a deeply nourishing cleanser that leaves baby's hair and skin silky soft. As if baby wasn't already snuggable enough. SLS-, phthalate- and paraben-free. Directions: Create a lather and gently wash your baby's entire body, avoiding the eyes. Rinse, then lather and repeat on baby's hair and scalp. Features Coconut Oil - The flesh of the coconut is rich in emollient fat and when pressed, yields a white, sweetly-scented, super-moisturizing oil, which is a solid at room temperature but easily melts on the skin.

I couldn't even use it on my baby after testing it on myself first. The smell was awful!!! I hated it. I want my baby to smell pleasant, and like a baby. This stuff was gross. But I find that Burt's Bees products althought great are hit & miss with the scents.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I have always been impressed with Burt's Bees products so I decided to try them out for our baby and have been equally impressed with their baby line! I bathe our little one every other day and it's so gentle it never dries out her skin or irritates her eyes and ALWAYS leaves her smelling great!

Great light scent, and very gentle on baby's skin. It has never irritated baby's eyes or skin in anyway. I love this stuff so much better than any other baby wash, it doesn't have that typical "baby smell" to it.

After discovering that another well known brand, that I thankfully did not use, contains a carcinogin releaser I researched the ingredients and decided to go with Burt's Bees since I have used them myself. I actually use the fragrance free for shampoo only and another brand calming wash to bathe my daughter and this completely rinses out and does not sting her eyes! The fragrence free has a very light but pleasant smell and leaves my daughters hair soft and shiny. I would highly recomend this product!

I tried about every natural product on the market looking for which shampoo smelled the best and worked well. Burts Bees is the Best! I tried the expensive ones, the cheap ones and everything in between. Great fragrance although not too strong...its the kind of smell you want to sink your nose into their little necks! We also use the butt cream which has a lavender spa smell as well.
