Used this product to save money on making my child's baby food, was nice while it worked however a steamer and food processor would be a better place to spend your money. Also after just over a year of moderate use the motor stopped working and no longer puree the foods, only steams. I tried to get help from Babies-R-Us and the company that makes Baby Breeze however it was useless. Babies-R-Us wouldn't help me find a receipt and Baby Breeza won't do anything without it, even if you registered the product. DON'T BUY.
Other cons: Depending on your water you have to descale the tank before every use (which can take up to 24 hours) & it is impossible to remove all the build-up from the tank, so there will be black mineral deposits in your baby's food. The plastic bowl is not made with the best materials & showed alot of minor cracks in it from the heat of the steamer. Also after just 6 months of use the handle started to become loose and I had to be careful how I twisted it off the base. This product only makes 2 cups of baby food at a time, which means you will be making alot of baby food all day, or every week. My 20 year old hand me down cheap mini food processor is still working however my baby breeze isn't - wish I had listened to all the other reviews that said not to purchase.

I definitely should have researched this product before purchasing, it looks like a lot of people experienced the same problem. The blending function didn't work! I tried fixing it, and still nothing! I will be returning tomorrow and purchasing a different machine.

I use the baby brezza to make food for my 7 mth old. we keep some fresh and some frozen for the rest of the week. I work 3pm-11pm so this comes in handy on my days off I make a whole weeks worth of food so even when im not home I know my little one is still getting homemade meals. I love the all in one component. steam and cooking then blade drops right down and begins blending it. it really is amazing. then when we need to thaw some pop it back into the brezza and her food is ready to go. great invention. extremely pleased with it.

I got this product because I thought it would be convenient and easy , at first I liked it and the results were great and it cooked fast. After a week or so it broke so I called the company and they were very nice about sending a replacement. I got the replacement and started using it and the same thing happened it broke again. Fr the price it is very bad quality. Also I cleaned regularly like they mentioned with water and vinegar but it doesn't seem to clean it well. Overall I am satisfied with the customer service with the company but the product I wouldn't recommend such a bad quality product to anyone. I went and bought a regular steamer and I am using it with the baby bullet blender which is a much better alternative,

I am a first time mom who has two left thumbs in the kitchen, I can't cook. I got this as a gift for my baby shower, I didnt even register for it. I thought I would never use it because I can't cook. I tried it and I am really glad I did because this prodcut is AMAZING! First, it is so easy to use and I feel so good that I am cooking food for my son and not buying anything with a ton of additives. The most amazing thing about this is how easy it is to use - you just chop up fruit, veggies, etc, toss it in and you're DONE!! It does it all for you so its one step. Other baby food making products don't cook and blend. Plus the customer service is friendly, responsive and helpful. I can't say enough good things about this product - it's so easy to use I don't know why everyone doesn't make their own food. Plus my husband likes using it too!!

I love it. I before I bought this product I burned few meals because it is just so easy to get distructed with something. With Baby brezza you can not burn anything. I love it it is simple to use and very convenient. In just few min and I got tasty meal for my 6 months old. Can not wait to try to puree some fresh fruit and freeze it.

I love this product. It is very easy to make all my son's purees. I only wish it were a little larger so I could make more at a time, but overall the ease of making the purees is amazing!

This product is very easy to use and the cookbook has easy recipes that your baby will like. Even if you are not good in the kitchen and do not cook often, you will be able to successfully make edible and delicious baby food for your baby.

Received this item as a baby shower gift from my registry. Read the instructions thoroughly and noted an error in the manual stating the volume of water to use to steam (160ml) which conflicted with what was marked on the bowl used to cook/blend the baby food (180ml). Manual stated that the bowl was marked for the volume of water you need to use for "your convenience". 20ml doesn't seem like much but as a parent if you're putting the work in to do it, it'd be nice if things made some sense. Plus 20ml to a baby is 2/3 of an ounce which may make a difference in terms of cooking and the consistency of the baby food. Major issue was the fact that the BLENDER DID NOT WORK AT ALL. After fumbling around with hot steamy peas I made in the Brezza trying to figure out what was wrong with the blender function, I had to whip out another blender we owned to do the job this product was supposed to do. I think I'll stick to doing the steaming and blending on my own with products that are more reliable.
