With Side Impact Protection, a 5-point harness system for added security, a Cozi-Dozi™ infant insert and canopy, and a convenient stay-in-car adjustable base, the Mico Infant Car Seat has everything for you and your child.

The Maxi Cosi Mico Infant Car Seat is rear facign form 5-22lbs and is made with energy absorbing foam. The lighweight design makes transporting baby in and out of the car a breeze.There is a 5 point harness with up front adjustment and a Cosi Dozi infant infant head insert for added support. There is an adjustable stay in car base. The Maxi Cosi Infant Car Seat is compatible with the Quinny Buzz 3 or 4 and the Quinny Zapp strollers for a perfect travel system!

We wanted a carseat that wasn't babyish and had a classy look to it. This definitely has that! I think the seat is desperate for a snug headrest to control an infants head. It doesn't feel as safe when you have to buy one seperate from the seat. I won't use this for our next baby because of the lack of head support but if you dont mind that then this is a great, stylish seat. Also this seat is great because its one of the few that fits in a very small car.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I choose this car seat because of the beautiful color and design and because a friend of mine had it for her twins. And I lucked out that all the other features were nice as well. The only down fall that we have seen is that it is very long and we have to push the front seat way forward to accomodate this car seat in the back. But it being my first and only car seat thus far, maybe they are all like that.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

We hated our Graco car seat for my son. So, we looked for a new seat for my second child. Safety, comfort and the feel of the fabric was very important to me. Our baby is an August baby, so I was looking for something she can seat in with short sleeves and shorts rubbing her skin to the car seat and not get scratched and be able to breathe. I looked at all models, Chicco, Graco, PegPreggo and Maxi Cosi (this year's model, I am not sure about old versions) was the best. It has a cotton feel and much nicer and more breathable than all others. It is not for families with big kids because the max weight is 22lb. However, I don't like to carry a big baby in a car seat anyway. So, I will move her to a big rear facing car seat when she hits 22lb. On the down side, it is harder than Chicco to put in the base. Taking out for both of them is easy. You have to make sure the handle is out, otherwise, it won't click. For Chicco, you don't need to check anything. This is, I guess, very important, but having had one child, I think I can handle this. I rather have a light weight comfy and nice looking car seat. Ours is in intense red and is very vibrant and beautiful. I will try to update this after we try it with our daughter in less than two weeks!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
