My son purchased this helicopter and he is happy with his choice. He says that it is pretty easy to handle. (His father wasn't coordinated enough to do it, but my ten-year-old was. Go figure.) It seems like it is pretty durable; it has endured many crash landings (including in a tree) and still works. Battery life is fairly short, but re-charges quickly.

it worked for a few months then stopped working. i called the peps and they didnt help. but it was good while it lasted

Worked for 5 minutes, then nothing. Didn't even get a chance to finish the trimming procedure. [...]. Returning for my money back. Here's what you would look forward to should it happen to work for you: 5 minutes of flight, 15 minutes of waiting for it to cool down, 30 minutes of charging, and it is battery type sensitive. Forget using inexpensive alkaline or any type of rechargeable batteries.Bought this to use until the weather allowed my nitro powered helo to fly.

My sister and I bought 5 of these for our boys' one Christmas Eve gift to open. They are ages 14-22 and everyone of them will buy one for another friend. it took about 20 minutes to get the hang of directing it around the tree or hovering over animals, but they are sturdy and have great power.

piece of just quit working after 3 days. takes off for a few seconds then crash to the ground.used 2 sets of new batteries and still no results. it seems like a lot of the products i've bought from toys r us have been shotty and stopped working after a few days
