    I brought this for my son last year for Christmas and I am sorry I waited so long to write a comment. My four year old son loves this reader. He has it for a year now and he still loves it. He loves all of the games and learning functions that come with each story. It is very user friendly and I have had no problems with it.

      I purchased this v.reader bundle for my son as a Christmas gift. He has not played with it yet but i love it. The only problem i have is when you purchase the bundle you get the older version of the v.reader interactive. If you purchase the v.rader interactive not in the bundle you get the new and improved version. I purchased the pink(new and improved) system for my daughter and the system is a little smaller(more kid friendly)size and the buttons are real buttons not the flat buttons. I will be bringing it to a store to see if i can change it for the improved version.

      it is great as long as it works. The batteries need to be replaced every few days it appears to be a defect. i returned the first one so hopefully this one is better.
