Our daughter is 7 months old, and we have had this diaper bag since she was born, but we haven't ever been satisfied with it. We use it daily, usually trips to the store and other small outings, and we also bring it along for longer trips away from home. It is too deep, so I lose little toys, socks, and other small items. This is especially frustrating when our daughter is crying and I'm searching for something specific. The backpack feature is as awkward as everyone says it is and is useless. We utilize the pacifier pouch (nice to know EXACTLY where it is) and diaper pouch, but the bottle pouch is not very big and the wipe container kept popping open, so the wipes were always dry and falling out. The fabric at one end of the straps is now tearing away, so I am certainly looking for a new bag.

I ordered this diaper bag mainly for the versatility of being able to turn it into a backpack. When it arrived it was much smaller than I thought it would be. The insulated pocket was so small, it could only hold one bottle--at best. The way the backpack is designed it's much deeper than it is wide so you would end up burying things in the bottom and have to dig for them later. The straps for the backpack conversion were very awkward and uncomfortable and there was just no way I could keep it. I ended up taking it into the store and exchanging it for the Deluxe Wide Opening diaper bag from Fisher Price and I couldn't be happier. There is plenty of space and the insulated pockets are more than double the size of the backpack version. I would highly recommend the wide opening version over this one.

There are many pockets and different places to store what you need, which is very convenient and made it easy to look for things, hence, "fast finder". My biggest gripe, though, is I wanted to wear this as a backpack, and it was not good for the that at all. As the other reviewers commented, converting into a backpack was awkward and unsupportive. I tried my best to improvise by tying knots, etc., but the front pouch, which is a flap magnetic closure, would not secure so it felt like things were going to fall out. Sigh, I really wanted to work it out, but I can't stand how floppy it is as a backpack.

WHat's good about this is that there are lots of pockets for the little things and room in the inside for larger things.

Other reviews about it not being good as a back pack are kind of correct. It just take some creative thinking to get it to work. It works just fine if you knot the convertible strap around the loop so the strap doesn't slide awkwardly when you wear it as a backpack.

So, does it work like it is supposed to? Not really. Does it work if you make it work. Yes. I wasn't going to return it. It was a good price.

I was in the market for a backpack/shoulder bag, but this item is more functional as the latter. There are no actual backpack straps - the shoulder strap is removable and is threaded through a small strap in the back. This makes it hard to put on and take off easily. It is uncomfortable, and for a plus-size woman, very small. The bag itself is wonderful, with plenty of storage spaces and great features, but I was so disappointed I returned the item. If maunfacturers actually made it a backpack, wih an additional shoulder strap as a bonus feature, this product would be a winner.

Was looking for an inexpensive backpack. This one works better as a messenger style bag. The straps are awkward and unbalanced as a backpack. Lots of pockets though. Wipe case dries out wipes, but then most do anyways.
