The nerf thunderstorm is a great water gun. It has the ability to be shot by the click of a button which is a great feature. I enjoy blasting other kids with it while they are pumping their own gun. This gun shoot pretty far and is very fun to play with. The shield provides great cover and the tank holding the water could last a while. Oh by the way the refils are quite easy !

Well I bought the water guns for my son and nephews. Of course due to the extreme heat they loved them. But their are nothing like the huge one we had as a kid. Now the refill is just a small cartridge. So that meant constantly stopping to refill.

I bought this water gun for my 3 year old nephew. Many of the guns are hard to pump but this was one he could play with his cousins easily without needing help. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because you do have to be careful of them putting it in a pool because of the batteries.

Bought 5 of these, 3 for the kids ages 6, 9 and 12 (2 boys, 1 girl) and two for the grown ups (why should the kids have all the fun!) These are great as because of the batteries there is no pumping needed so all the kids found the guns easy to use (and refill) and the 6 year old was able to shoot as far as the 12 year old. This meant a lot as it was all about having fun and no one felt they were loosing coz they were smaller.

Shoots pretty far, further if you angle upwards and fires in a continuous stream.

Note - after refilling it takes a second or two for the water to come out, if someone is laying in wait for you, you are going to get a bit wet until you can defend yourself.

Everyone had fun with these, lots of running involved.

It is the best gun ever! I loved the rapid fire and the size of the water clip. It shots for about 30-40 seconds per clip. Plus you can use some attachments from oter nerf products. I loved it!!

my sailing club has this and the tornado strike and if you take the stock off the tornado strike, it works on this.

This is the best water gun we've ever come across. You use 4 AA batteries, fill the clip up with water and off you go. No pumping and your "enemy" gets completely soaked. We loved the one we got so much that we got three more for other members of our family. So we could all play. You can even buy extra "clips" to fill with water for longer play.

My teenage son and his friend love this gun. The main thing they loved was there was not pumping just pull the trigger. Water cartridge is easy to fill with water. I ended up purchasing 2 of these guns, because we were having a Nerf Super Soaker sleep over. They had so much fun the first night that they went back outside the next morning to continued their "water war". Thanks so much. :)
