Just assembled this product today and decided after reading the reviews some info is needed. I recommend this product, its very easy to assemble compared to other plastic playsets. you need to have a plan on assembly, a quick read through the whole manual before the first screw is turned will save you time. I see people commenting on how they have to climb under the playset. I'm almost 6 1/2 feet tall, there is no climbing under. Instead, put the climber on its side, its not heavy. Much easier to screw parts in. The slide is going to be tricky. Those bolts needed to be about a half inch longer. you are going to have to press hard on the screw heads in order to get the bolt to clear enough through the bottom to thread the lock nut. All in all a good product. Some corners were cut in manufacturing, but not badly. Still can be assembled in 30 minutes by one man with a little assistance by his wife. As far as people commenting on the missing rock pieces. The picture shows 5, the parts list says there are 5, and the instructions say there are 5 that can be moved to give the climber variety. So don't be surprised when there are only 5 rock pieces.

Thought the product was bigger than it was.The climb through holes are small and the tree climbing side does not seem to be an effective climber. Slide is short no matter which height you choose. Other reviewers are right it takes 3 hours for 2 people to put together. It does the job but I wish I wouldnt have gone with the step 2 version

This was an (early) Christmas present for our 18 month old son. It took me almost 4 hours to put this together by myself, some of that was due to having the incorrect tools, some was due to waiting for my husband to come hold something so I could screw it in. It took longer than I expected and left me pretty frustrated. There are only 5 wall climbers, but 7 holes. We were short 2 screws but have 2 extra bolts. I had an incredibly hard time getting the slide to line up correctly and we ended up using a rubber mallet to get the bolts in all the way as our holes would not line up. There are quite a few screws that have to be screwed in from the bottom, which is difficult as there is not a whole lot of room down there. The steering wheel seems backwards to me, my hand was too big to get in the hole to tighten it, but the side my hand could reach was where the screwdriver went. Just seemed backwards (and frustrating). However, after a very frustrating couple hours of putting it together, our son LOVES it. And since that's all that really matters anyways, I'm happy with our purchase.

After much time spent reviewing and comparing climbers for my twin boys 2nd birthday I went with this one as it seemed the most consistent in it's reviews on various sites. I was looking for something I could keep indoors during the winter and keep them busy. This definitely fits the bill!

To say my boys love it would be a great understatement. They instantly started making laps on the slide and crawling through the little nooks underneath. We have had a few run-ins already but they love it so much they just brush themselves off and take off running again!

The only thing that held me back from giving it the full 5 stars was as many people have mentioned, there are only 5 foot holds where their should be 7 on the climbing wall. But also one of the blue foot holds was unable to be attached because the bolt inside was stripped. Not a huge deal as my husband is handy and will find a way to fix it. And let's be honest we weren't tearing the thing apart to bring it back for one screw.

All in all I am THRILLED with my decision! I ordered online and picked it up the next day. The guys at the store even loaded it into the truck for me.

This set was fairly easy to assemble, taking us about an hour and a half from start to finish. It is colorful and sturdy. Once assembled, it can be moved with ease from one area of the yard to another. My eighteen month old grand-daughter enjoys it very much.

I had bought this 2 yrs ago for Grandson age 3 now, thought I would hand down to Grand daughter, but had to buy another one for Grandaughter just turned 2, he didnt want to give it up.
they just play and play and play.....

we love this play center. some frineds had one and our 2 year old daughter loved playing on it at their house so we went an bought her one. its great, she loves it. the only problem we have is the rock wall only comes with 5 attachments for climbing, but there are 7 spots for the attachments. she can't use the rock wall at all and has hurt herself a couple times trying to climb it becuase of the spots on the bottom not having the attachments. for [$] i think the two attachments could be in the parts. or at least make an option to buy the other two attachments. other then that, its a great outdoor toy and she enjoys it.

We bought this playground for our 10 month old as a Christmas gift knowing he'd grow into it. However, he loved it immediately. He was just starting to walk when we gave it to him so we'd walk him through it, but he even loved just standing on it. By his first birthday he was climbing the ladder on his own and diving head first down the slide (when he got past us). It has made it through one winter and is currently holding up well in direct afternoon sunlight during our hot Texas summer. This will undoubtedly last him for a few more years. Great investment!
