This toy has amazing principles. It bounces really high, but not it's not heavy like the old- school "superballs." The outer buppy surface gives it a great grip. It's really easy for a two year old to catch, because it kind of sticks in little hands.

My grand daughter and I played a long time, and I had fun more fun than she did. Also, because it is not heavy, I did not have to worry about it hitting her too hard accidently, like in the face.
