It's great the leash is removable.............but how about making the backpack removable from the harness part? We need something to take our granddaughter through airport security and also know she is completely safe. Guess what! The backpack - and harness - has to come off to go through the scanner!

I wanted to get a little backpack for my 2.5 year old, but all of the backpacks are as big as she is! I was wondering down the aisles at BRU one day and happened to see these backpack/harnesses and LOVED it!

My daughter loves having a backpack all her own and loves showing it to people. I usually put her water and snacks in there.

It's a great size for little ones and I really like that it has a chest buckle to help keep it on her little frame.

As for the harness portion - I haven't used it yet. The only place I'd really use it is at Disney or somewhere huge like that. It's nice that it's detachable and has a swivel clip so it won't get tangled when/if I finally do use it.

I bought this product because it does NOT look like a leash. My main concern is not losing my daughter in a crowd. I am not a bad parent but rather a concern one. One no matter how well your children listen if you are at a busy state fair you could potentially lose your kid in an instant. Two there are lots of bad people in the world. I'm not saying the "leash" will save the day or be an excuse for parenting but rather at it as an "insurance plan".

I got this thinking it would teach my child to stay by me, but then I realized I was just using it to compensate for poor parenting. All it taught her was to pull against me and not learn to listen to me. I want her to eventually learn to listen and develop self control so I threw this thing away. Leashes are for dogs, not children.

I bought this for my very active 20 month old. I thought it looked cute and reminded me of Dora's backpack. The link to the cord can be detached and you can use as a backpack alone.

I purchased this for my 15 month old Granddaughter.
Keeping up with her at my age has it's problems, so I decided to give this a try.
I love the fact that it has pockets for several items that we might want to carry along and the perfect size for her too. The only thing I would change is the verity of colors you can get it in.

This harness is awesome! First, it looks like and is a cute backpack and then is had a detachable string, so you can also use it as a harness. My two year is very tall and lean, so I need something that would fit good in the chest area and would not ride up. This fits her great!
