Far superior to all other swaddlers in looks, ease of use and durability.Baby doesn't like to be swaddled with regular blankets but loves this. it calms immediately and I can use it in the dark with my eyes half closed. That 10 lb weight max on the tag is a joke. My son is about 8 lbs and 20-21 inches and I dont' see it lasting another 2 weeks. He's only 3 weeks old. I'd buy 2-3 more but havent found a larger size.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I got 2 of these when my son was a couple day old because unlike his older brother, he actually liked to be swaddled. He was 7lbs when he was born and this seemed pretty tight on him and around the neck and he hated it pretty quick, so Id suggest buy 1 and try before you waste a lot of money on more than one.

My son fusses all the time when we try and swaddle him with a regular blanket. With the swaddle pod we just zip it up and he is calm in minutes. He sleeps so well with the swaddle pod. The first night we used it (he was 3 weeks old) and he slept for 5 1/2 hours straight. It was wonderful!

The product is really nice and the zipper allows for easy diaper changes over night. My only complaint is that it stretches out easily and needs to be washed frequently in order to remain snug.
