I bought the pool for my kids to be able to enjoy the summer and for the rest of the family as well.
The size is perfect for us.
The only thing I would change about the pool is the ladder that comes with it.

We bought this pool about a week ago. It was very easy to assemble! It took about a half hour. Our yard was already flat to begin with so we didn't have to do any prep work. We assembled the pool and began filling it that night. We added 1 tablet of chlorine and a shock treatment but by the next day the water had taken on a green color. We knew it wasn't algea so we did some research and found out that the pool can have too much copper in it from the pipes when its being filled. We got a cheap bottle of stuff that takes the metal out of the water and it was crystal clear by the next morning. We took our first swim in it today and we LOVE it! The sun shade is wonderful too. We are using it more as a privacy shade right now since we have an apartment building that faces our back yard. So far it has been easy upkeep and took minimal effort to enjoy this wonderful pool. I highly recommend it!

The pool itself as a product would have been just fine, Only the one i bought had a whole in it. I did not see the whole until the pool was filled. It was easy to set up and easy to fill and was a good size for my 4 year old son. After filling up the pool i found a small leak. Toys r us forced me to go through the company itself saying that they do not accept refunds or returs or exchanges and any seasonal items. I think this is an awful policy and i should haev been informed of that before buying the item. After spending over 300 dollars there i will never shop at my local toys r us again. i think it is just bad business to not do exchanges on a defective item.

We have had the pool only 2 wks. The pool size is okay for little kids but the material is cheap and when the adults swim, it's very unsteady. The filter stopped working after 1 week and trying to deal with customer service in the warranty dept. was a nightmare. Both times I was on hold for over an hour to be told that even though I have only had the pool for 2 wks, doesn't guarantee I will receive a new filter. I would just have to wait for about 10 days to get an answer and another 10 days + to receive it and that is if they replace the broken filter. So, all in all the process will take over 3 weeks, with no guarantees. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Pool doesn't have the right pump/filter. Everything says it should have 1000 Gallon Per Hour pump, but it really comes with a F700C pump. The outside box shows it using a "C" filter, C filters are for 1000 GPH pumps. The box the Pump comes in is labeled F1000C. The instructions call out for a F1000C but the pump supplied is actually a F700C. Check the bottom of the Eletrical plug, it should say F1000C, if it says F700C its the smaller one. Only the ones sold by Toys R Us have the smaller pump' that's why they can sell cheaper then everyone else. Second problem is return policy is inside box and it says, you cannot return if open? And returns must be done with Manufacturer Toys R Us won't honor return. A big hassle, just wanted a pool with a 1000 GPH pump/filter.

Bought this pool 2 days ago, filled it up for 10+ hours, went to turn the pump on and it doesn't work. We tried everything in the troubleshooting manual, there is no power in the pump itself... called toys r us, and nobody could tell me what we need to do next to get the pump replaced? They said if i leave a comlaint, somebody would get back to me in 3 - 4 days... what a joke!!! Over 300.00 dollars in this pool today, and no pump? (that's not including the 3,300 gallons of water sitting in it).

We have been wanting to purchase a pool for several summers. We finally bit the bullet and bought this one. We read the reviews and saw how the set up directions said, "1,2,3!" That was true. The set up took my husband, son and I one hour. When we opened the box we thought "Uh OH," but once we got going, it was systematic and easy! Our children are enjoying it and we are thrilled that we bought it. We hope this blissful feeling lasts! We bought chlorophil for the filter, but be sure to purchase the right size as we did not. We haven't tried to set up the canopy, as we are enjoying it as is. When it rained, we could not get the cover round the pool. We'd love some support or advice on that! For the most part, we are relieved that we have a relaxing pool! The children love it and we are anxious to buy more pool toys this weekend! We are happy campers!

Got a GREAT deal at ToysRus last year when all their pools were 50% off. Got it got under $150! I was VERY hesitant but the wife talked me into it (the low price helped). Of course it was already smoking hot outside but my wife and I set it up in a couple of hours. Well worth the cash! Our yard was not level and it leaned very bad, but luckily we made it to the cold weather.

Now in year TWO! Pool stored great. Leveled the yard a bit more and put flat concrete pavers (the round ones you step on) under the feet of the low side of the pool. Sits WAY better now. Set-up this year was WAY easier (under an hour!). We don't use the sun shade thing. We have had NO problems with the pool (knock on wood!). I would recommend this pool to everyone!

Pool was easy to put up, and easy to level. After 1 week the pump went out. The cover came apart from the seams.There was a weak place in the liner of the pool and the company was quick to replace the items for me...customer assistance was top quality. I had purchased a pool like this years ago and loved it. As I love this one! Would recommend it to all!!!

If you buy any of these pools you will also want to buy some added items found at your local hardware store. You will want to buy a pack of garden hose gaskets, these will help prevent leaks in the two drain plugs, the one on the filter unit and the actual pool drain, since the gaskets that come with the pool are very inadequate. A pack of 6 gaskets is under a $1 an you get 5 or 6, place them in the cap so they are flush and then replace cap and tighten.
