    My son got this toy for his 2nd birthday and it is so much fun! Caillou was a little hard to recognize for him, since he is wearing a scuba mask, but he figured out quick. His head and body come apart so you can switch them with other characters sold seperately. My son thinks it's great when he can put him back together by himself. The only negative is Caillou doesn't float when he is on his "raft" Frustrates my son. Other cool activities are, big Caillou's hat is a water scoop and you fill up his head with water and the water spills out onto the waterwheel. Lots of giggles from that one! The slide and mesh catcher and super fun bonuses too. I recommend this for kids 2 and up, not 12 months and up. Unless they are super coordinated.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
