Package arrived inside shipping box damaged and taped. Package seal was broken. Just not right! Somebody was not doing their job! Upon opening, the 12 month gold card and the 400 points card were missing. This is just not right. They are sending a new package via express shipping. But when I asked why they would send something out this way all I got was Im sorry. This was an extended Christmas present for my son and his school vacation will be over before he gets to enjoy it. Somehow I think there should be more compensation for this un-excusable mistake.

My son opened his xmas present, and the codes for xbox live and the bonus points were missing! Someone must have bought it, removed the codes and returned it - I can't believe TRU does not check for this on returns?!

We bought this for our boys for Christmas and both the points card and the gold live membership card are missing! Grrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!! It's Christmas day so of course Toys R'Us is closed and cannot reslove this today.
